Excellent utility i use this all the time . Question what are the presets used for . Graphics ect ect .

Well its a air combat simulation but seeing targets is nearly impossible . Flying the early birds isn't good and its still not fixed from complaints from a long time ago about poor spotting and identifying . This has been an issue for well over a few years now . With 2.5 they just seem to disappear against the back ground . ??? Real life pilots can spot things upto ten miles away . Why is it so poor in this sim . :huh::huh: Is there a FIX coming as i see no point in buying early modules . Rant over . Please devs fix this ongoing issue .

I can get Sli working but not AA graphics look washed out and awful . Last patch has halved my frame rates . Does MFAA work with Sli does MFAA X 8 work . seems that no AA is working .

keep getting this crash on servers reinstalled and tried again i did drag modules over still cant join , server some i can but crashes after 20 mins to desk top ..? dcs.log-20180124-120929.zip

Same crash when joining any servers . Single player no problems did a repair and reinstall of drivers . Crash ` online only

As title says i am getting stutters in the zoom function and mouse look outside view and with flypast if jet flying fast , and also stutters with trackir 5 . Any input . Ive come from 1.5.5 stable to 1.5.6 for the viggen . :smilewink:

Yes your right Grunf , i did think so , is there any plan`s on fixing the poor visibility on close combat . Why is there so many problems with the new generation of combat flight sims that has issues at spotting and visibility in close combat . Il-2 1946 got it right and Falcon 4 BMS and Cfs3 and Rise of flight . But today`s sims all fail even BOS has issues . whats going on ..!!

That`s a very good question at distance i can see a small dot , but as we get closer , i loose all sight , Yes i have it set too large but i feel its not working , don`t seem like its too scale . not to worry ill stay with radar and air to air lock on .

Well i thought i would give the jet age and WWII models ago , guns only combat well its been a while since i tried DCS guns only combat and i would just say the spotting and merge is just awful. I thought we had moved on i thought this was fixed . ?? If DCS want to make it with the WWII models then the spotting and lod needs updating fast. It just does not cut it for me . :pilotfly: The enemy just disappear right under your nose in a knife fighting dogfight with the twisting and turning . Its 2017 and we still haven't got this sorted . Will the new WWII map bring in new software to spot and engage at close ranges . For jets DCS is miles ahead in this department but 1940 -1954 it really needs some work . I Cant see tracer rounds , cant see aircraft when merged , come on , this is base combat . Lets get this fixed . :huh: frustrated ill stick with my jets . :noexpression:
