This has been going on for years , this is DCS , as people say in chat welcome to DCS , this happens when the dot transforms in to a 3D Object, it disappears for a few seconds . The community is waiting for a fix . And a new spotting system. As it's well over due.

No this is straight flying, not even turning, I can clearly see targets yet the sight bounces around targets , you get so close the Ai is already firing at you , there are lots of threads on Petro not finding targets , blind as a bat , springs to mind . In fact why bother taking it out of the hanger , I have to switch to rockets , I'm that close . And another thing is the AI door gunners working. ??? Is there any sound when they fire , I don't see them fire or hear anything. What is the magnification of the sight . ? And what is the range of the AT-6 and AT-9 Oh this is all online and using MT and VR . Thx for the reply by the way .

Oh ok so this works with AMD cards , I'll have to give this ago , TAA looks good in cockpit, but outside view there is lots of ghosting .

No need to jump into front seat and turn off . Just gentle turn away from targets , your hear him say Sight off . !! Sorry didnt mean to jump this .

Please fix Petro on locking up targets , its getting silly now . !!! He will not lock on to targets even thou i can clearly see them with my own two eyes . Jeeeee . !!!!!!! Just Spent two hours of flying trying to get this guy to lock a dam target . You get so close the AAA have a field day and laugh at you . Not even AAA laughing . AK47 laughing .

Yes I'm on Ryzen , and a dam good CPU . I've followed jabers video and use six cores only , seems better, but not like it used to be . The only fix will be from a performance patch from ED . There are some serious high end computers here , struggling also . Multiplayer also needs addressing. I think memory leaks or build up of memory adds to stuttering.

A year ago when MT was released I had nice smooth game play in VR , I could even up my graphic settings, but a year on I've had to drop settings, now get stuttering in main menu and the load times have doubled in MT . Single core is faster and more stable in VR for me . I know single core is getting phased out . I'll keep plugging away but we need this fixing . Lots of bug reports on stuttering and load times in the forums .

Big black dots everywhere in VR , got to turn that off in options. But then you can't see anything, . Is DCS a conspiracy.

The last couple of patches have been a step backwards, I don't see any improvement in DCS . 2.9. Last year MT hit and was a breath of fresh air , for VR players , now performance has gotten even worse, Petro blind as a bat , if I can see the target as pilot with out a scope to look through, surely Petro can see it . I love the hind great module. But this is it's bread and butter . Fix it .

Why hasn't this been fixed , this has been going on for quite some time now . . Load times have increased and popping textures in cockpit. Stuttering on load screens and looking around in cockpit . Very frustrating when in VR. This is not the MT we had a year ago . I still find single core much better.

Same here , did you update DCS . I'm thinking the update brakes tracks or miz file . After an update

Helo ops are good . My first DCS module was black shark . Then the A10C.

ED game engine is taxing , not VR .

Try Enigma cold war server in VR let me know your findings .

Shadows off , medium texture, low terrain texture, SS off , dirt off , vis medium, 512 mirror, PD . 1.0 TEST . Also before changing airframe if playing for long time, restart computer to clear memory cache . DCs has memory problems, with MT .

Have you tried bore sighting with the IHADSS in VR ,go into options and assign to right eye , bring it up and bore sight , even in pilot seat I'm off not unless hot start and it's already set up . I like using both eyes set up in options. But it's always off . Hope I've made sense .

Agree , I want to move Petro aim sight also it's too high . In VR .

Why not use Windows anti virus and exclude DCS folders and othet sim related folders . No need to buy , not unless your work committed too.

Thank you for all your responses back to me , I've learnt that this model is pretty dam good and the attention to detail from your team is welcomed. The cold snow climate really did hamper the capabilities of the airframe . Never even knew this was modelled into the module. At one point my engine dies shortly after taking off , I'm guessing due to poor weather and not having anti ice engaged. Now I've lighten the load out and I'll keep an eye on the weather lol .

This is a Enigma online server with multiplayer and 70 players . Getting the mission won't be possible. I'll test using different weapons loadout , Go lighter . I'll try make track As the update broke last one .

I hear DLAA is good , I don't use the upscaling as I'm on a AMD card. But valkan is coming so I'll stay with AMD , I can't afford a Nvidia. Lol.

DCS , needs a new spotting system. OTHER flight sims have done it , time for DCS to catch up . On flat screen at 4k looks good . In VR not so good .

It's a nightmare in VR. ...lol
