Thanks guys. Haven't been able to come back 'till now, but they got it all cleared up in the end. Something just went really wrong with the order, and they eventually sent me my keys.

Thanks. Hmm, I'm in Orders and there are no orders listed. I get "Orders not found. You can order something". I've also not been sent any email. Support is not replying to me. Credit account shows that nothing has been charged. Did you guys have your orders go through right away?

Ok, so I now am able to log in to my account on DCS. But it does not show any modules, orders, activation keys, serials, etc. Nothing. Just name and email. Orders show nothing. Am I supposed to be seeing something here? DCS World module manager shows that I have not bought anything. I have written back to support but they have not replied.

Yeah, the problem is though, I can't log in. So, I can't reach support Support, which is why I was trying to get the check string to change my password, which seems to be screwed up. It's a catch-22. EDIT: Ok, Support from Email sent me new pass and looks like I'm in now. Thanks!

When you tell the log in to DCS that you have forgotten your password, its is supposed to send a checkstring. I have tried multiple times to get it to send a checkstring to me, but it never shows up in my email. It accepts my address, and says that it has sent the checkstring, but it is not showing up in my email account (hotmail).

Hi guys, I'm having a problem after having bought A-10C and Black Shark 2. I can't get to support because I can't log in. And no serial number was ever sent to me. For some reason, my log in does not work, and when I hit forgot password, no password check is ever sent to my account. Please respond. EDIT: Sent email to support@eagle.ru Ugh. I knew I shouldn't have bought this on a weekend.

Agree with CA being less than half baked. More like a whimsical thought. We need realistic modules, as good as the A-10C and Shark. I'd pay the same price as an aircraft module for one, if it was done to complete realism.

I hear ya. I've lost a LOT of a faith in Thrustmaster over the years. They seem to be an elitist company who can't be bothered to take care of their customers or their products. Even though their pricing is Insane.

He said the Ka-52 was too modern. I think it wouldn't take much to get the Night version of the Ka-50.

Don't sweat it, dude. Take your time. It took me a couple of months of off and on training to learn just the Shark. Now I fly it like a Pro. Dance like a butterfly, sting like a Bee! The A-10 is far harder. I'm still learning all of its systems.

Unfortunate incidents - Glad both pilots were cleared. Total lack of communication between the ground and the air. But it does appear the pilots did suspect friendlies and they should have flown low to confirm or broken off the attack completely.

Yeah, its kind of a "James Bond" style copter. Reminds me of "Little Nellie" in some ways. :P Do love to fly it though! I'd like to see that rear facing flame thrower he had on lil' Nellie put on the Shark! No tailgaters! And that reminds me... Can we get a Shark pilot dressing in a tuxedo?

I have to agree that it is somewhat of a "fantasy" copter. I think there are only about 12 of them in existence? A good special ops copter, but rare. I'd much rather see the Havok or the Ka-52. I can see people wanting the Hind, but its getting pretty old. On the American side, modern Sea Stallion, Sea Hawk, modern UH-60 like M or Q would be nice to see. Getting some more developers like Dodosim, Cerasim, and PMDG making third party aircraft would be good also.

ka-52's a very different heli than ka-50. Not sure if any of it is classified. Plenty of pics of the cockpit though. As for the Igla joke, there are pics of it with 6 pylons and igla's mounted on outermost pylons. So maybe it has the software to launch 'em, maybe not. Of course, they also show pics of it carrying kh-35's ( on the ground ). So, you take the pics with a grain of salt.

I would TOTALLY buy a Ka-52 module. Always thrilled to see a new helicopter module come out.
