  1. Oh I missed that I think I am messing something up cos I cant actually get to the setting until the game starts. Thanks I will go and look now. Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk
  2. Yep move your head. But seriously if you start further away and center your view when you move to your normal position you will be closer. Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk
  3. I have a problem with it making my game no longer a pure client is there a way to clean up the Game easily I dont use JGSME
  4. I find the F15 useable and can read the Hud and the radar but it seems to be the laggyist cockpit. Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk
  5. When I said ctld slingloading you do actually have to slingload dont try to carry a large FARP crate with a Huey its 3000kg Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk
  6. Take a look at the 16agr server . No Airquake. CTLD slingloading for Helos with loads to do AI to shoot if there are not enough players. Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk
  7. See my later post at pixel density 2.0 it made a difference and Kept the framerate up minimum I see is 30 witn Atw it feels fine just a bit of double vision sometimes out of the side of the cockpit. Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk
  8. T-38 was 720 degrees a second at full deflection. I assume as the airframe are very similar that the F5 will be about the same with no weapons.
  9. Thanks but I am pilot spend a lot of time in hotels on oposite time zones so its not quite as crazy as it sounds :) Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk
  10. I have one have about 15 hours on it. I use it when I travel it is perfect for that with the rudder built in. Its pretty responsive I have a TM warthog at home it has less stiction than the Warthog had. I added a 20cm extension to the Warthog and now it is almost perfect. The software make it flexible so you can have plenty of programmed buttons overall 4 out of 5 Value I would say 5 out of 5. Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk
  11. As sokol said you will need the VKB config 77 software there is a link in this thread or it sounds like you can use Wizzo. Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk
  12. I have this Joystick for travel as I am away a lot. Its great, a bit of reprogramming to get enough buttons for DCS but having used it on this trip I was very pleased. Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk
  13. OK Thanks to all that replied I got the Thing working with 50 buttons using the VKBConfig program I attached it Use at your own risk :) It uses the red and green LED and the shift for when the red LED is on. Thanks Again Andy VKB NJoy32 PROtest3.cfg
  14. The shift button works but the mode button that changes the LED and is supposed to change the function of the 13 buttons doesn't work . I am not clear on the VKB config software all I really want is to load a profile so the Joysticks works as per the manual.
  15. I can only see 75 not 77 do you have a link
  16. Thanks yes I had found that unfortunately the software doesn't recognize the Gladiator cpu. Was hoping someone here had a work around.
  17. Just got a VKB Gladiator as my travel joystick. The mode switch is no working in DCS Anyone in the same situation. Cheers Andy
  18. I have both for DCS specifically the Rift gives a way superior performance. Lack of judder , readable HUD are major differences, but bear in mind that most of that is due to current software. I fly dcs a lot and use the Rift all the time. My Vive gets plugged in for Demos of VR plus my kids use it occasionally. Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk
  19. Seconded. Most virtual squadrons are using the L39 for training. Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk
  20. I guess what I am trying to say is without feedback through the controls you dont learn anything more. Just causes confusion like the Airbus system has done in some incidents. The second problem is lag through the network. Honestly if someone is training you from the back seat they can pretty much see what you are doing. The only thing dual controls gives you is being able to follow your instructor through so you can feel the control inputs. Not really practical in DCS. Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk
  21. Remember its not a real aircraft. There is no feedback between cockpits so you cant have 2 people in control at the same time. Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk
  22. Why not just use the western scheme that has plenty info available. The problem is if you want to do a realistic training program you need to do it with someone else. As in Multiplayer. Formation and then all Low level training ACT etc requires someone else. There are some squadrons around that do training you may want to try them. Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk
  23. Ran high settings flat shadows msaa 2 anti aliasing 4 pixel density 2.0 managed to get 100% utilization of the GTX1080 occasionally, but the ATW was working hard and saw occasional frame rates of 23/30 usually 45 sometimes 90 tho' no Judder. Not sure where the best balance is. Can read all the guages now. Did some dogfighting in the 16AGR sometimes lost the aspect of the target and lost tally in the blue but its usable at these settings. 24. Yep second that Oculus is just as bad. If your headset doesnt work you cant return it cos you opened it wtf !!!!!!! Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk
