Go in mission editor yourself. Open the mission and change aircraft. Save as and then you go. I tried it several months ago ago. It works on most missions. But the one saving 5 firemen do not because the chopper get too heavy

Old but upgraded ones. they started apu and apu generator then 1 engine throttled up that engine and started the generator, then started second engine. I tried it on ours and it worked. And you are the black knight? Show me the knowledge you have on ED ‘s development plan. Do you know for a fact that people working on supercarrier and fog would do new modules? Is it the same competence? And do you really know if your opinion is on line with rest of the community. Be careful about that approach, I would have respected your opinion if it was intended as one. By your logic we would fly in a dead environment with 3 times more modules. And I for one find it boring.

It has been bugged since forever. You can’t start it. Only gets to the map. If I change waypoint from hot from ramp to hot from ground. It works. one have to move the chopper south east in order to not be in the brink of the heliport. this is a very good mission for avoiding Sam’s while training slingloading I have no idea why takeoff from ramp hot will not work in this mission

Yes I figured you knew the procedure. I just kind of had to mention it. I am not sure how well the hook system is made really. You can hook a sling load with no settings. But release it demand full procedure , and for hooking again it need procedure.

So before you push the button you open the cover for that button? you are familiar with the arming system at the roof? besides that it seems to be a bug when cargo get damaged

This is off topic and maybe answered mant times. I searched the forum and Googled it. I can see ADF is intended but cannot activate it like Tacan Is it working in ways I have not seen or is it coming along the way sometime

I fly without pilot body in VR just because I find the body , in special the left arm in the way. And it’s weird it do not move away when my arm move. But that is me. But these kind of frustrations is the one bugs me most. Older modules do not get newest tech. I gladly recommend Huey and MI 8 but they are becoming old and it shows.

I am kind of inbetween all this. I find a lot of the critique very understandable. At the same time I dont like the hostile tone in many of them. I read bad things and agree with them, those with understanding of this software and take a calm subjective analyse of it I totaly respect. The hostile ED need to get punished posts and siding to any part in juridical issues I find rather childish and barely read. When some from ED side answer, I find their answers very balanced and honest
