  1. I will test if that happens to me asap. Stay tuned
  2. Well this upgrade made me fly jets again. I am going to get warm in it relearn it so to speak. I forgot how noble it is while trying to fly straight and level
  3. I agree with you, but I aint a real chopperpilot, the vises one expirience with this is selfinflicted. It just feels right
  4. I have no attitude about it. I just feel I pay for a module that will be patched along the way. I would pay for a similar upgrade on the Huey and MI 8. So I don’t mind paying, but I can see the point @ThorBrasil make here. You kind of think 7000 man hours will bring along improvements beyond visuals. But what do I know about it. I bought the upgrade just now And all I have installed at the moment is choppers
  5. I think you are onboard with almost everybody I seen posting about it. I will pay for the upgrade, I kind of like fly it in Kola map, when I bother. My home is northern part of Norway and it is of course very little populated. F 5 was our main fighter for a long time and I have a soft spot for it. I agree a plain visual improvement should be free. But some say radar is better and other improvements. I just ask of this, not trying to be provocative. Did you read the specs on this update before purchasing, to me it looks like you did not
  6. Story of my life in DCS. You show right here the time, effort and dedication needed to learn modules in DCS. Aweful lot of time wasted on dead ends is part of the process
  7. Odd. A couple of versions ago I did this with no problems. Something might have changed that.
  8. I like you to know your work is appreciated Huey is and always will be the coolest of the lot. Might not be the best for the job in servers for all things anymore. But it is definitely the coolest workhorse
  9. Go in mission editor yourself. Open the mission and change aircraft. Save as and then you go. I tried it several months ago ago. It works on most missions. But the one saving 5 firemen do not because the chopper get too heavy
  10. This is very likely. After patches there is always put a axis function extra somewhere
  11. check if code is 1866
  12. Read sweating the metal it’s about a very experienced RAF pilot flying Chinook. Old but upgraded ones. they started apu and apu generator then 1 engine throttled up that engine and started the generator, then started second engine. I tried it on ours and it worked. But I am a little confused about what is correct procedure.
  13. I love this mission/campaign/tasks/challanges It genuinely let you hone your pilot skills endlessly. When your fast enough you can do it more professionally
  14. It must have been too many I get emotional when that happens
  15. Yes I can. I had that with damaged cargo in the chinook
  16. Norwegian air force had them. Very good for intercepting nosy Russian bears. I wonder how it will do in this game Norwegian air force had them. Very good for intercepting nosy Russian bears. I wonder how it will do in this game Norwegian air force had them. Very good for intercepting nosy Russian bears. I wonder how it will do in this game
  17. And you are the black knight? Show me the knowledge you have on ED ‘s development plan. Do you know for a fact that people working on supercarrier and fog would do new modules? Is it the same competence? And do you really know if your opinion is on line with rest of the community. Be careful about that approach, I would have respected your opinion if it was intended as one. By your logic we would fly in a dead environment with 3 times more modules. And I for one find it boring.
  18. Of course you did, inconsiderate as you are. I am trying not to buy a new rig. And this is the kind of stuff making a sim alive. It is the blood in the vain for a living sim. These kind of improvements are much more important than a failed dart named F104
  19. It has been bugged since forever. You can’t start it. Only gets to the map. If I change waypoint from hot from ramp to hot from ground. It works. one have to move the chopper south east in order to not be in the brink of the heliport. this is a very good mission for avoiding Sam’s while training slingloading I have no idea why takeoff from ramp hot will not work in this mission
  20. Well I believed it was intentional. AI crewman do shoot. I never sat in the position myself and can see there is a pretty obstructed view
  21. Yes I figured you knew the procedure. I just kind of had to mention it. I am not sure how well the hook system is made really. You can hook a sling load with no settings. But release it demand full procedure , and for hooking again it need procedure.
  22. So before you push the button you open the cover for that button? you are familiar with the arming system at the roof? besides that it seems to be a bug when cargo get damaged
  23. I did not inquire they looked very expencive
  24. https://www.bugeyetech.com/product/ch-47-multipurpose-display-mpd/
  25. This is my number one go and have fun chopper. It’s fm is now so good that it really hone your pilot skills. Many thanks for this
