I can see it right now at the Kutaisi airfield for selection so I know its available. Did you pick a side when you entered the server? -
I'm not following what posts 640 forward have to do with anything. I don't see anything in regards to the questions I'm asking.

Great work as per usual Sgt_Baker! I see that the new versions have removed the low frame rates. A feature request that I thought of, and its probably on the deck already, is adding the export of the Mig and Flanker RWR like you have the F15. Is that possible?

Has anyone else had issues, in multiplayer specifically, dying from seemingly nothing? I got hit by what seemed to be 2 missiles, but had no missile warning, no contrails. I was flying decently low and would have assumed given my position that I would get a warning. Im no noob to the A10C. This has been happening just recently. Also happened to a friend flying a KA50 at the same time. I seem to think that they removed the contrails from stingers. Did they also remove the ability of the A10C to detect them? Edit: Just did some testing and indeed the A10C does not give a warning on Stingers. I tried from several different angles and got nothing from the warning system. Edit2: Just did another test to make sure I was not crazy and it was my plane. Had an f15 shoot and the warning worked. Greg - The A10Cs at Nalchik are currently air start at 10 meters or so. They start with full fuel and no weapons. Im assuming you just forgot to put them on the ramp. -

Im not talking about having the Fighters on both. All rounds before 7 or so had all of the strikers and helis on both teams. -

The balance issue isn't like it was in the past few rounds. The balance issue now is the server is never balanced at any one time. Very rarely are the teams even remotely close to being even. Sometimes red has a vast majority while other times it's Blue. I don't think the issue anymore is red or blue vastly outnumber. I think the issue is now that red or blue at different times in the same rounnd vastly out number the other. No idea if that is even fixable. No idea if it's even a problem. The problem I see with it currently is that the AI interceptors don't work. Another issue that I see that I think contributes to this, and I think it is being addressed, is that most Americans will go blue and a lot of eastern Europeans and Russians will go red. This leads to the issues above because of time zone differences. The way to fix this is to have the majorty, if not all of the airframes on both teams. Even if it's just the a10c and ka50 I think we will have michore even numbers. I know some people don't want that, but that is how it was all the way through round 6 or 7 and those rounds were great and fairly balanced. Just 2 cents here. -
I guess I liked the grip more, but I'm starting think it's more about the base. Maybe a gunfighter with the vpc mongoose stick when it releases?

I don't get anything like that when launching. Ive created a shortcut for uMFCD to check. Checked the run as admin box and it is still exhibiting the same behavior.

No idea. Ive been moving so Ive been away from the scene for a while. This is happening on your latest 2 versions. Its more than likely something with my setup, but I have no idea what. Im one of those guys with a complicated monitor setup. Just no idea why its not detecting the DCS process.

Got a bit of a problem where UltraMFCD does not detect DCS 1.5 or 2 when its launched. Any ideas on how to fix?

If you know this and you know the people that are cheating have you reported it to the admins? Also, please don't post how to cheat or beat the system. Just report it. Not saying you did in this case. Just a global reminder. -

We can, and have in the past, done this. However, this does not solve the issue. All it does is correct the issue for the particular time that we can get people to join. Again, it only solves it that one time. It does nothing to fix the team balance issue that plagues this server. Im really not so sure that the team locking is the way to go anymore. When I first started on BF, almost 2 years ago, I thought it was cool, but now all I think it does is cause a lot of people to join the team that they think will be easy mode or will win. A new way to do it, and this has been proposed already, would be to set a population limit per team and let people join whatever team they want. Maybe lock them for 6-12 hours or something. Hell even 24 hours, but after that let them switch. This allows the server to self balance because people are allowed to change teams depending on the population. I know its not as awesome as locked teams and I know its not as cool because you can't really say that you beat someone or some squadron, but this is a public server. If there were a locked server for squadrons only than maybe locked teams would be the way to go. However, the longer I play here, the more I start to think that locked teams in a public server is going to do nothing but cause imbalance. -

It doesn't matter if the AI are fixed or not. This has been an ongoing issue on BF for several rounds. -

Can we do something about the balance? It seems like mornings its all red and nights it all blue. Its really not fun to fly on either side for most of the day due to the huge number disparities. I know people have mentioned it in the past, but limiting numbers or allowing people to switch sides may help. Again, another idea is adding all of the strikers and all of the helos on both teams. Its really not a ton of fun to fly 1v20 and now there is even no AI due to that not having been patched yet, it really isnt. Yes, I know some of you will say, but Moltar I have a lot of fun fighting a whole team. That might well and be, but nothing constructive is going to get done and there is really no challenge for the opposing team as they can just gang rape anyone that gets on. This is not me saying look red is out numbered or blue is outnumbered. This is me saying that how the players settings are now is going to constantly cause stacking especially with the majority of one side or another playing on one side of the world. -

Yep. DC's does not yet have enough modules to do a real red vs blue scenario. Blueflag to me is more about team work. You should iff everything you see anyway so the type of aircraft doesn't matter as much. I'd be much more satisfied flying with good team work. -

People on red complain about things, but never want to do anything to fix it. RvE is in the Buddyspike TS and Im running a GCI. If you want things to get better and get fixed eventually, lead by example and to what you are asking others to do.
