How can I apply a profile after I select it?

I upgraded from 1.6.x to the latest 1.7.x. And I cant find the Mods->Profile->Apply, did you remove it?

You should make a GIT repo of it so we can grab it while you work on it and test it :P

I went for videos since they capture the "feel" of it more than a stable high res perfect image that you can stare at.

I use a mod that turns the HUD from green to black. Together with the orange version, i can quickly flick a switch and have the best of both worlds. TBH, i think I should have a black/green combo instead of a black/orange combo as the green is very good even at night, but oh well.

Either they are fake or different versions of the same aircraft, there is several versions of the su25 and viggen for example, with modern and very old versions.

Love it! 1 - Some HUDs are still too clean, looking by vids on youtube of their HUDs, I wonder if you could modify them based on the "real" ones. Or maybe make a slightly more dirty version? :)) 2- Also, is it possible to make the HUDs float with changes in pitch/roll (its caused by fluctuations in the instruments)? Sort of like the Viggen? I suspect 2 will be hard if not impossible :( PS: if you are missing files/testers for the modules I own let me know (they are in the discription) PS2: I hang out on the 104th server daily, usually also in their teamspeak or in Hoggit Discord and other DCS discords too, if you want a more direct contact method

Does activation count re-fill on a time basis? Or are our products temporary?

This works for any game, even games that dont want to move easily. I use this trick to move games around my disks easily. Just copy the full game folder to another disk and create a symlink from the initial location to the final location. What happens is, when windows goes and looks for the folder, it is redirected to the second disk instead. Search for Windows Symlink, its something that exists in operating systems since the start but its not very well known in the Windows world. In the linux world it is used a lot!

Some of the lights on the lower front right are not translated. Those are normally on with radar on and when I am on the ground with the radar on (could be after a landing, warning me of something, i cant read it :/)

How does one even find this...

The cause is most likely because it was not applied on the latest M2000C files. I have applied the changes on top of the most recent and will test it. Will report back if its fixed. PS: yes, its a simple matter of copying the 2 lines difference in devices and devices_init to the new version of the m2000c

Turning this on causes the game to crash. Test case: 104th server with mirage, press auto-start procedure, DCS crashes once the parking brake comes on.

I have that feeling without VR. The cockpits seem to have more bump mapping.

With the new Viggen update, i am having constantly "Server update timeout" and being kicked. I have tried several servers, same thing. Kick reason: "Connection timed out. Server update timeout" What could this be? Yesterday when the Viggen was released I played for like 2 hours with no problems. Then went to Training and went through all the training missions, now i cant re-join MP servers. Edit: I tested in multiplayer with Mi8 and I dont get kicked. Switched back to the Viggen and I get kicked within 20 seconds with this message. Edit2: From teamspeak, it seems its a common problem. There are at least 5 other people with this problem i have spoken to.

Is this dead?

Just restart it. Took me 7-8 restarts to get it done. One time chrome had a "resume" button and i think that time was the one that did it.

Hey Munsta I bought a Warthog just 2 days ago and I am having a hard time adjusting. I got my Su27 setup for the Warthog via in-game settings. I wonder what your profile will change, could you explain a little bit? Also, I have noticied that flying the Su27 is much easier on my old x52pro. All the warthog buttons are toggle switches instead of click switches, and that means that they will stay in place. While the su27 controls are all made for clicking once for on and again for off. This means for example that my radar will go on, then I have to have the switch go back and then forward again to turn off. This seems like a waste of time and its actually hard to do since the switches are so heavy. Currently I have switched to using the CMS hat for radar and EO, CMS Forward = radar on/off and CMS back = EO on/off, left and right is chaff and flares, respectively. If you could elaborate a little bit on your choices for the keys, id much appretiate it. Thank you

I am not too shabby with mirage either, but it does not mean they are on the same level. Its very fun to go low and fast on the mirage and shoot people down when they are not expecting, and shoot down almost everyone in close dogfights but you can do that in the F-5 too. I am not saying the mirage is at the same level of the F-5 either by the way. The gazelle is very efficient if the TA is not at 2 hours flight-time distance and has fewer than 3 targets lol.
