  1. You also need to remember to arm the fuses, easy to forget particularly if you are used to the A-10. Of course I have never done that.....:music_whistling:
  2. IAI Nesher rather than Kfir (it’s predecessor) called Dagger in Argentine service.
  3. I flew a longer night nav mission this morning, love the cockpit lighting and HUD FLIR. Three times the HUD went from Nav mode to "no mode selected" and I had to re-engage there were a few minutes between each occurrence. I also saw that if you set the jammer switch on with no jammer loaded you get the "P Nogo" and "CW Nogo" lights as you would expect but when the switch is turned off the lights remain on and resetting the master caution has no effect. This may be by design? I saved the .trk but it is 28 Mb so can't upload it to the forums. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1x3w_VO1OOaRFiEkCD-ZFSoLFKW8I35yP Cheers Colin
  4. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things but countermeasures can be launched with weight on wheels. Nice fireworks display for the ground crew but probably a health and safety nightmare :music_whistling: Loving the Harrier so far. Colin
  5. The Channel Island of Alderney is entirely missing even though the others are there including the very small Herm and Sark. A mystery island has been added between Jersey and France. Probably not that important in the grand scheme of things but noticeable to us Channel Island residents. https://forums.eagle.ru/attachment.php?attachmentid=167220&stc=1&d=1502291824
  6. It has GPS, so it will be somewhat similar to the A-10C although there are some additional alignment types for use on ships. If you do a search you should be able to find a copy of the real-life NATOPS manual for the aircraft to read up on systems, procedures etc.
  7. You are all youngsters! I played all of the above. My first "combat" flight sim was "Aviator" on the BBC Micro. Which was allegedly a Spitfire sim. Strangely I remember the graphics on all of these games as being much better than they appear now! F-16 Combat Pilot was a fave.
  8. PDF briefing documents are very detailed indeed, look promising
  9. No chance of that! Some people live to complain....
  10. The Winter Palace in St Petersburg would be an essential visit, but you probably already know that....
  11. Good point on the version, could be a factor. I was running 1.5.7 when I saw the issue.
  12. I had the same running the mission yesterday, even turned labels on, definitely no enemies left in the vicinity.
  13. I did this mission yesterday for the first time, for now just ignore the Chinook and do the rest of the mission. It still counts as successful.
  14. 476th have the real manuals for download: http://www.476vfightergroup.com/downloads.php?do=cat&id=79
  15. I’ve had a play with this in the past https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=2875637&postcount=7. There is a lua there for you to start with. I added options for single and twin Mk82s, mk83, mk84 snakes and twin rail aim-9s Bombs etc won’t drop from the other pylons but you can carry them. Can fire all 4 Aim9s though.
  16. Harrier screenshots at the bottom of the Gaming Shogun F18 review.... http://gamingshogun.com/2017/06/27/dcs-fa-18c-hornet-vr-experience-at-e3-2017-with-exclusive-screenshots/
  17. Admiral Hipper WIP, hull and main deck need detailing and textures are placeholders.
