The ability to save mission templates is a good step forward but please change it so that it saves only visible units in the ME instead of all present in the mission. If you have a mission with many units and want to save just a little piece of it, like a FARP you have done or something you need to delete every other unit in the mission to only get the FARP in the template. If the save template function instead would only save units that are not set to HIDDEN then it would be much more simple and take a lot less time. It actually takes pretty long time to delete units since the right window opens for every one you mark in the unit list. And since there is no undo button, if you release the delete key to late the FARP is gone and you have to start over again, therefore as it is now one must do the deleting in stages with saving after you change the filtering so that you narrow down on the thing you want in the template.

Must say no sadly. There is no way of fixing this. And ED who quite easily could add a waypoint option as you say has chosen not to do so for atleast the last five years. By 2025 perhaps you will be able to do singleplayer mission without christmas-tree wingman spoiling the experience if we are lucky. They are more focused on multiplayer customers. Do you have historical mode enabled? I think I see that on the bottom of the screen Skickat från min D5503 via Tapatalk

You must enter the configuration window and then go to the tab for licenses. The configuration window you enter by pressing Lctrl + Lalt + c if I remember correctly. Skickat från min D5503 via Tapatalk

If you look in scripts\scratchpad in your Saved Games folder after you exit DCS you can find a txt-file that contains what is written in the scratchpad. Mine is usually called 0000.txt Skickat från min D5503 via Tapatalk -
Have not tried it yet but I will next week A question, if you use a button to scroll to the next tab, does it circle back to the first if you press next tab when you are at the last? Or do you need another button for previous tab? If you dont want to use voice. Im asking because Im thinking of how I can squeeze this in on my already quite full VR buttonbox. I tried it for my Rift S but I have to say that in my opinion its no good. FXAA makes everything a bit less unsharp even on a screen and in VR that is particulary undesireable because I think most people are trying to get as sharp vision as possible in VR. Also FXAA did basicly nothing to improve my graphics in VR, basicly it does not make things look better the way MSAA does. Skickat från min D5503 via Tapatalk

As the title say, please add some ability to order AI wingmen to attack specific ground targets. As of now AI wingmen are useless to engage anything else than what is specified before the mission in the ME. For stationary interdiction type targets therefore they are of some use but in CAS scenarios they are useless. It would be of enormous help if the AI wingmen atleast could be ordered to attack targets using the engage my target command for targets that the player is laser designating or IR designating with the targeting pod. With laser guided weapons when the wingman are carrying these and preferably also dumb weapons when carrying targeting pod himself with laser spot tracker or NVG if IR marking. Ideally one could also dream of ways as described in below, but if only the way with laser described above would be implemented in not to distant future atleast some use of the wingmen would be restored. In the SU25T and A10A you have some ability to designate individual targets but the Hornet is still lacking this totally. Additional ways (these ways are dependant of that in reality one can say on the radio "I take the one on the left, you take the one on the right" when you and the wingmen are seeing the same on a sensor): Ability to issue the engage my target command for a spot on the ground when you are in area track in the tgp without need of laser Ability to issue the engage my target command for a spot on the ground when you are in point track in the tgp without need of laser Ability to issue the engage my target command for a HARM target marked in the RWR or the Harm display. And obviously from A/G radar but I dont go into that because its so new and so on. One thing about air to air also: Today you can issue the engage my target command for a target you have locked in STT It would be tremendously helpful if this could also be issued for the L&S target in TWS or LTWS because in a BVR engagement you loose valuable seconds when you most go into STT and then drop lock and find your own targets.

To avoid not meeting criteria for this to be treated as valid bug report, here are my system specs even if they obviously in this case is just formalia: Gigabyte z390 gaming motherboard 32 GB RAM (Corsair, dont remember the model) MSI GTX 1080 Graphics card Intel i5 9600K CPU Hotas Warthog Oculus Rift S Saitek Pro flight rudder pedals DCS and Windows on SSDs, dont remember the brands Please tell me if I missed some other formalia for this to be a valid bug report.

Searched the forum but could not find another thread where ED has tagged this as a bug. I found one for the same issue but for multiplayer that ED said that track was needed. This is for singleplayer, Nevada map, no mods, stable version. The datalink does not work at night time since last update for the stable version. See attached files. Im no Rockeye-King in any way but as far as I know burst height is set on the canisters by the ground crew and in DCS at the moment only 1500 is simulated. So you should always set 1500 on the stores page. So far all is well, after that I dont really know how it works, as far as I know there is a timer that starts when you release the canisters so in order to get a specific pattern you must release them at a very correct altitude. There is not so much info on this in the DCS Hornet manual. But I may have got it all or some wrong.

Hello, Has anyone else noticed that the datalink does not work at all in the Hornet? In single player that is. And also, has anyone noticed that the AI wingmen has increased their "missile launch" callouts by say 15000%? I flew a mission against two aggressor F16, according to my AI wingman they lauched something like 35 AIM-120s against us.. I tried searching for the answers in the bug section first before I posted but I could not find any about it. Im starting hot on the runway and I have tried with both E2 and E3 AWACS and a AI wingman.

Supercarrier Mini Updates? progress?
Fisherman82 replied to Legendofdino's topic in DCS: Supercarrier
I have tried but could not get it to work, a guy here on the forum even sent a example mission and posted the script but that did not help. Thought I could use it as a temporary solution, I still hope ED will implement this into the core, its a pretty central thing in carrier aviation and I cant think they will settle with people needing to use MOOSE in the long run to make the carrier aviation experience in DCS Supercarrier complete. Supercarrier Mini Updates? progress?
Fisherman82 replied to Legendofdino's topic in DCS: Supercarrier
I would like to hear if they are planning to fix the problems everyone is having with tanker orbits and rescue helos not following the carrier, if they have plans on doing new tasks in the ME that solves these problems. Its not because I need them right now primarily, Im creating a campaign for the Persian Gulf map and Im holding off on finishing it because this is something that will be the same in all the missions. -
Are there any plans to make the kneeboard on the pilots left leg display the DCS Kneeboard the same way as in the Hornet? Im the Hornet I have found that its quite readable if you use the VR zoom, I prefer looking down on the leg much more than taking up the big Kneeboard in VR and frying my eyes during night flights because of the brightness. I know this thread is old but I have a question on this topic, When I fly the CASE III waveoff pattern in the Hornet I try to fly at 150 kts with the gear up and flaps at half. When I do that I constantly get the gear handle to flash red and a warning tone. I have tried to push the landing gear warning silence button but it comes on anyway. Is this the way real pilots do it or am I doing something wrong, do they constantly have to push this silence button all the way around the waveoff pattern? I have to push it like 20 times at least.

ADMIRAL189'S CORNER - INCOMING SHIP MODELS
Fisherman82 replied to Admiral189's topic in Static/AI Mods for DCS World
I noticed that the skin on it was the splinter camo that I was looking for so all I had to do was to change the flag to a Swedish one! A question though, does anyone know how to turn off the red lights at night? Is there a line in the lua file that can be added or changed? Skickat från min D5503 via Tapatalk -
That does not give a company the right to simply disregard all other paying customers complaints, bugreports etc at the official forum for the product. A proffesional company is expected to be able to deal with this. 100 of agggresive posts is just a indication that you must improve the way you do buissness if you dont want to lose it completly in the long run. I have only purchased the Harrier from Razbam and I dont think I have shown aggression. But I dont get what you think I could have shown instead? The Harrier is not quite there yet for Razbam expecting things like gratitude, appreciation and so on from their customers. Its interesting you are still here on this forum when all other Razbams have left it. Allthough you are not a member of Razbam anymore you are still here trying to silence this uprising from the paying customers in the same way as this was your sole task when you actually where the official CM of Razbam. This thread is about the Harrier, in what way is your posts about planned Razbam modules on topic? Its just a diversion to shift the discussion away from the matter so hopefully the discussion disolves and stops so everything can be buissness as usual for Razbam. Skickat från min D5503 via Tapatalk
