I assume in step 4 you meant DMS instead of TMS I’ve done these steps dozens of times. I can’t get to ANY action out of TMS up. Even cleared the key binding and reassigned it to see if it was the HOTAS button. WTF ?!?!

This targeting pod is driving me crazy... Got everything working, but I can’t get the pod to go into track mode (point, inr, etc) . I hit TMS up and nothing happens, what am I missing ?? Also if I hit TMS right I get a “PIR” next to the laser designator, what is that ?? Thanks to all who reply....

Just so I am clear. The white square around the MFD is on the same MFD as the camera view as the pod (looking out towards possible targets). Then TMS up, that’s it.... Nothing to do with uncaging... Should the camera view be steady or moving as the aircraft moves forward ?

I’m having trouble even moving the SOI to the right MFD, I think this thing is all kinds of screwed up.... Again I can move the pod, I just can’t get it to lock on to any target or pint on the ground. Even with TMS up ...

No sir, The view on the pod keeps moving as the plane keeps flying. I can move it around in CCRP, but it won’t lock or stay aim in on a target. Also can’t zoom in

In CCRP, with target as a waypoint (passpoint) No problem hit the target every time In CCIP or CCRP, I can’t lock the target Pod is on, Pod is on MFD MFD is designated SOI Laser trigger is continually pressed I punch the TMS button up down left right nothing locks it up In CCIP I keep the weapons release button pressed What am I doing wrong? Air refuel Can ANYONE mid air refuel in this thing !!! I’ve connected once in a ton of times....

Is the AI still rolling into each other and crashing ? It’s been like that for over a month, so I can’t fly any campaign missions. Is there a fix for this yet ??

Maybe I’m missing something... EVERY TIME I try to take off with a wingman he crashes into me or others. I know there was a problem that was being worked on but it’s been well over a month. Can’t play campaign or even creates missions. This can’t be, so what am I missing ?????

The look back button F4, doesn’t look back which you really need even in VR Same thing with the F16, thanks

Is the DCS encyclopedia missing some items ?? Spent an hour looking for info on silkworm missiles and never found any.

Not being a computer savvy guy, it was actually my mistake. The simshaker For aviators cannot be accessed by just double clicking the desktop icon. I had to figure out that I had to click on the icon in the lower right, on the task bar where to volume control, anti virus, etc icons are. And once access was gain in the last page of SSA you have to deselect jetseat and select forcefeel. I’m typing this in case anyone else has the same issues. I might be an oddity, but I have no complaints in realteus. They were quick and answered all questions..

Help Need a little help here, I DL, simshaker for aviators and successfully installed it, but every time I double click it I just get a screen from the right saying “hello pilot ready to fly” or something like that. How do you get to the settings page ? Where I imagine you can do the settings for DCS ??

Well last Thursday I decided to order a realteus forcefeed jet seat. Everyone said don’t do it, but I took a gamble. Today Wednesday I got it in the mail !! Good news I can’t get the damn thing to work !! Bad news It works with just the audio, but not with the USB. I can run all the motors in the “test” page but no massage and no action with DCS. below are the icons for the software I downloaded, also I didn’t get a key since (I believe) the simshaker for aviators is not protected. Please fix AI It’s been over a month when flying a mission or a joint aircraft takeoff is impossible since the AI keeps crashing into each other. A MONTH ! Can we please fix this !!!

I’m trying to fly a mission and I really like to study up on the threats. The target is the launchers for the silk wood missile (HY-2). So I go to the encyclopedia and nothing, I can’t find the darn thing. Are all items listed in the encyclopedia? Where would I find the silk wood missile ? Btw, not asking what they’re are / asking where to find them... Thanks

Well I just finished building two switch boxes and even got a micro switch wired to the arm rest that when pulled is the ejection lever. I’m waiting for my get seat, and then I think I’m actually done ! Unless someone has advice or an opinion On how to improve it ...
