ITS WORKING!! I got frustrated and re-downloaded DCS Open Beta Uninstalled Voice Attack then reinstalled and its working. Now to try it in VR. Thanks for all the help.

No Stream, OB box checked just tried Nellis Select "There are currently no ATC recipients available." What export.lua should I have and where? By the way thanks for the help I would love to have this working for the SC.

Should the screen in the PTT show what aircraft I'm flying mine just has (top) AP DP AUTO 0 (flashing) BCN (middle) ---- then Easy Communications ON (bottom MULTI I-SEL SQL It never changes even when flying

I restored the export.lua in the main folder I found 2 export.lua files in C: users/****/DCS openbeta/scrips export.lua 1K and and one in scrips/VAICOMPRO/VAICOMPRO.export.lua Tried deleating and reinstalling both still no responce from DCS? Deleting export.lua did not work for me found it in the DCS Openbeta main folder not in saved games Path to Open Beta is set and the "ob" box is checked I'm giving up for today 6 hours is enough.

I'm not on Steam but I aim on open beta 2.5.6 I wonder if that's my problem?

I did another DCS repair uninstalled Voice Attack then reinstalled. Then tried to start DCS and it loaded don't know why but it did. Then I restarted Voice Attack and Vaicom Pro set custom input DCS path and checked ob then did every thing mitor did. Restarted DCS and used the A10C instant Vegas take off mission when I key the mike the radio info shows on the left top of the screen and when I hold down the mike key and say ATC it registers in the Voice Attack window same with wingman and flight but I get no response nothing happens. Also in the Vaicom PTT window it shows no aircraft should it not say A10C? At my wits end.

I did a DCS repair and it removed and replaced the folders below Scripts/UI/RadioCommandDialogPanel (folder) Scripts/UI gameMessages.lua And Removed the items below Speech/common.lua and speech.lua It put them in a backup folder. these were the ones installed by Vaicom. I reinstalled them and DCS will not start. if I take them out and put the ones from DCS DCS will load but no Vaicom.

Do i need to put Sounds/speech/common.lua Sounds/speech/speech.lua File back in DCS? I had custom folder already selected.

I have a problem I got Voice Attack and Vaicom installed and DCS will not start. It starts loading and then stops at 10%. I did a DCS repair and it removed 2 files below. Sounds/speech/common.lua Sounds/speech/speech.lua After the repair DCS starts but Voice Attack and Vaicom do not work I get a beep after speaking but nothing happens after that.

Just found out that is not releasing today I for one did not think it was going to because if the vague reply's from them the past couple of days. I also feel the knew they were not going to make it but from a business stand point it was smart to wait as long as possible to make the announcement. Sales would increase the closer it got to the release date because the price goes up after the release. If they don't have problems with single player they could have released it with MP deactivated and that would have made a lot of people happy. O'well now back to my carrier crash landings. :joystick:

I'm thinking of getting Viacom Pro and have a question. Now when I press the radio switch the F key window opens up in the top left of the screen with Ex. F5 ATC, F6 Tanker. Is it possible to have this displayed while using Viacom and not use the F keys to help learn the commands. Hope I explained this Ok.

Lets hope maybe someone can come up with a add on to be able to due it.

After contacting ATC it gives me a response on the screen but it turns off before I can copy the info down the same happens when getting attack info. Is there any way to re-display ATC response or save it to bring back up a little later as I (S) at typing and I also mostly fly in VR. Thanks for any help.

X Plane 11 just added Vulkan 11.50ab1 and what a improvement in VR. I stopped using X Plane because how bad it performed in VR now it's enjoyable even with me turning up the settings. It will be a huge improvement when DCS finally gets it.

Slot Machine? Just did the latest update and when I lower the landing gear in the F-10 the left MFD has a Slot Machine spinning in i and the landing gear does not go down. Is this a April fools joke. It's a joke Just found out

Very disappointed I purchased NS430 and the F-86 yesterday and tried to get it to work in the P51 then the F-86 and all I got Was a light blue band saying NS430. Then after some research I find out it work pretty much only in 2D I fly only in VR can never go back to 2D. I did not read anything at the store where it said it does not work in VR except for 2 helicopters. Note: It works in 2D

Thanks for the quick reply. I really like the P-51 so the F-86 may be a good fit I didn't realize the F-16 was that incomplete.

I have the AV-8B, f-18, a-10C, P51 and other aircraft I want to add one more while the sale is on. I'm trying to decide between the F-16 and the F-86 the F-86 seems like it might be more fun to fly. Any insight on the two would be appreciated.

Thanks guys going to get the Yak today and maybe the F-16.

I'm thinking of getting a non combat aircraft just for some flying fun. I'm trying to decide between the Christen Eagle II and the Yak-52 any help on which one is more realistic and is the most fun would be appreciated. :smartass:
