Tried that no change also DCS_updater.exe Repair

Just updated DCS Beta to the latest version and my FPS seem locked between 26 and 28 FPS. It does not matter which aircraft I fly A-10c, F-18 or the P-51 or where I fly over the desert over Vegas or over the Ocean on the ground or if I’m at 1,000 feet or 20,000 feet. Prior to the update I never went below the mid 30’s on the ground and 60 Plus FPS flying and that’s at 7680 X 1440 and not below the upper 40’s at 2560 X 1440. I tried the DCS Repair tried reducing the settings and have the same 26 to 28 FPS V-Sync is off in the Nivida Control panel and game. I also updated the official version and have the same problem plus 1 when I log in it tells me DCS is off line and will not load all my aircraft. I have not made any changes to my setting or PC. I think my system can handle it see system below. I also have X Plane 11 that’s running fine over 30 FPS at 7680 X 1440 and the setting are pretty maxed out and 60 Plus at 2560 X 1440. Any Ideas Thanks

I can not get this app to work. I have followed all the instructions. The only thing I get when I open the App is the top window next to the Data entry window is " RDY " nothing else works. The DCS Device Server is all Green Run Check is in the cockpit. Right side windows has the below info. Network adapters Wi-Fi 192.168.1.187 Installed Games DCS.openbeta Remote client status Blank No address listed (is this the problem If so hoe do I Fix?) Just tried again and all of a sudden it seems to be working after 3 days of driving me nuts. I'll post back if starts up again. Thanks for the reply's.

I don't think so the TM Warthog works fine with the A-10C and P-51 In the Caucasus Map just not the F-18. The F-18 works fine in the Nevada and Persian Gulf Maps also with X Plane 11.

When I fly the F-18 in the Caucasus Map quick missions after about a 30 to 45 seconds my joystick and keyboard stop working. The F-18 keeps flying but I have no control over it the esc key does not work need to Ctrl, Alt, Delete to Task Mgr to exit. This only happens with the F-18 and only in the Caucasus Map. The A-10C and P51 are fine. The F-18 works fine in Nevada and Persian Gulf. Just starting to fly the F-18. Can anyone help.

Did the latest update to DCS Beta and had the same problem in Red Flag. This is the first time I have received the Game Crashed Notice. I also notice a lot more shuttering after the up date normal I had a few shutters and once in the while a hard freeze. I'm not complaining but I hope the fix this soon with the F 18 coming out. I have over 2K invested in this Sim and I hope I can fly.

I will be totally erasing C: Drive I will save the saved games folder. is the starforce the same as same file in as in the DCS/Mod/aircraft/bin/a10_protect folder I should run that for each module correct?

I need to reinstall Windows 10 on C: Drive DCS is on another drive. Is there away to do it without having to reinstall DCS 2.5?

Just tried DCS 2.5.1 Beta same problem with 3 monitors running with FOV at 140 and the sim freezes good after about 10 minutes better then before at 2 to 3 minutes. Set FOV to 130 some micro freezes but no hard freezes where I need to Ctrl Alt Delete out. Tried deleting saved games folder and DCS_updater Repair.

I did a complete reinstall of DCS 2.5 and now after the DCS Screen appears and I click on any Icon on the screen I get Program Not Responding. I have done 10 DCS_updater repairs and the same thing. Can I make one more suggestion You have the Nice 8700K and you running it @ 3.7ghz get yourself some decent cooling and turn that bad boy up at to at lease 4.7ghz so you can feed that 1080ti what it needs. I had mine up to 5.2ghz but only seen a few FPS more for me the sweet spot is 5.0ghz

Could I suggest a ASUS Maximus Hero MB. Just redid my system from a 4670K and I'm getting about 50 FPS on the ground @ 7680 X 1440.

I get the same thing. Last night while increasing throttle and holding to take off (Red Flag mission 5) the A-10C behind me crashed into the rear of me which ended mission. And I though I was a bad pilot.

Did the latest update last night after update first thing I did was a update and repair then deleted the 2 files in the Saved Games Folder. Glad to see we got the3D back but we still have the freezing problem. I’m using 3 2560 X 1440 monitors the only way for me to fly a mission without a hard freeze is to set the FOV from 140 to 130. I still get very short freezing but it’s flyable, setting the FOV at 120 is better but the instruments are to close.

The best triple monitor system I have found is in the new X Plane 11 setup. It's simple and it works great. DCS should look into a similar set up.

Prior to the latest update I was getting a few micro freezes DCS very usable. Since I updated I can barely make it off the runway without a complete hard freeze I must Ctrl Alt Delete to get out of DCS. DCS is unusable for me at this time I aim running 3 monitors. Is there anyway to revert back? OK thanks What ever they did the sim is now unplayable I can not fly for more than a minute without a hard freeze. Before this update only a few micro freezes.

I just did the latest up date (that was a mistake) the Nevada map has no buildings none zip Vegas is gone only streets and lots where the building should be. Tried a repair shut down computer restart no change. Prior to this update I was getting a few micro freezes now I'm getting the hard freezes again, Ctrl Alt Delete to Task Manager to Exit. :(

I’m using an EVGA 1080Ti FTW3 and 3 27-inch monitors @ 7680 X 1440 everything maxed out MSAA @ 2 Getting between 55 & 65 FPS in the air and 100 to 115 FPS @ 2560 X 1440. I’m using Process Lasso Pro and Page file turned off on all drives since I set it up this way no more hard freezes, once in the while get slight micro freeze but sim is very playable set up this way for me i7-8770k @ 5.0 ghz, 32GB 3200mhz GSkill Trident Z RAM, Games on 512gb SSD, Windows on 250gb SSD, EVGA 1080Ti FTW3, Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS, MFG pedals, 3 ASUS PB277Q Monitors @ 2560 x 1440, Trackir 5, Win 10 Prof 64bit

I tested the throttle using TARGET Script Editor and the Slew control seems to be working but will not work in DCS A-10C. Cand any body help?

My TM Hotas Slew Control died it was giving me trouble the pass couple of weeks moving very slowly and not moving at all for a bit and now it's dead will not move at all. Does anybody know where I can get a new one. I sent e-mail to Thrustmaster as of yet no reply this might become frustrating . Thanks for any help. :(
