If we're talking about important things then I want a working fan, like in the Sibwings Antonov An-2, for some reason that just adds so much. My other request is to make it possible to lower the sun visors(?), so that I can block out the early morning sun.

Still in Beta? Where's the manual and the updates? I just installed the 1.2.16 DCS World version of the Mi-8, downloaded from the main modules page. Are there any updates to be downloaded anywhere that incorporate all of the items mentioned by Alex in the NEWS post or do I have to wait for an official update? I purchased this upon release as a Beta and while it is easily the most realistic and beautiful heli that I have ever flown in a sim, I was hoping after more than a years break from DCS that this would have been released by now. I would like to read the final manual if that has been released? Toby

You're so crazy Devrim. I haven't tried this (enjoying the VRS Superbug + Megascenery Nevada + TacPack at the moment), but you should check out Ivona Voices. I use them for FSX and they're the best.

It was made in 2011 before ED updated their textures and how they apply them.

Sorry Highwayman but I can't see any new textures. The roads are vector, the trees and houses are 3d models. You've erased the textures of the towns and villages and the underlying ground texture is what you can see but where's the custom texture work? Can you show us some up close 50ft above ground shots? Don't mean to sound rude but I can't see any custom texture work in those shots... I've been working on these textures too but they're a PITA as they render completely differently to the ground terrain... Good luck.

All up to date. I fixed it be uninstalling and reinstalling both Target and Drivers. Works great now.

Mod is listed as for DCS World Flaming Cliffs 3 You can't run FC3 without DCS World. I'm waiting to see what ED conjure up in the way of clickable cockpit for the Su25 before I do any English cockpit mod.

I'm selling my Logitech G940. I bought it used at the end of July from ebay. It works fine and is in great condition. The left pedal jumps a bit but this can be countered with deadzone and is irrelevant for most DCS World aircraft. The ebay link is HERE. I live in Germany so the shipping is cheapest to Germany. I can ship to Europe but DHL charges €22 to send to European Countries. If it works out cheaper, I will of course refund the excess shipping costs. Toby

BBQ, I thought my G940 was bust too but if I switch off FFB it works fine, no drop. Plus it works as expected in all other sims including DCS modules.
