VampireNZ: I get the symptoms you are describing in 2.0 NTTR red flag in the A-10. I can sit on the ramp at Nellis with 90 fps and watch it dip to 68 fps every three seconds. If I try moving my head during those 3 second dips I get the stutters. Unfortunately it's inevitable that I move my head every three seconds during normal scan. If I freeze my head position while taxiing and stare at the lines in the concrete I can see that studder every 3 seconds. It's almost like CPU is polling every 3 seconds and that causes the studder. I'm 4.5 GHz i7 1080ti and 64 gig mem...

Have to agree. 1080ti Flawless in other games. Just picked up the red flag for the warthog in the Nellis training range and have terrible micro stutters to the point where I wont fly it anymore until resolved. Tried removing and reinstalling drivers and re-run Oculus setup. Appeared to fix it at first but then reverted back to stuttering. 1.5 Seems fine.

I noticed it bad in Nevada (as in it hasn't been "fixed"), but also even in 1.5 the "fix" doesn't feel complete - as in it's still unstable when rolling in on targets and rolling out of turns. It feels like even with the fix in 1.5 that somethings missing with the yaw dampening. May just be my imagination. Anyone else feel this way?

I guess this is actually mission 8 IMC flight to carrier with cargo and only FM for homing - no precision approach. Yeah.. that'd be suicide mission in real world.....

Yeah.. navigating in IMC at night is one thing. Being asked to engage hostiles who are shooting at you at night in IMC is another. I would have RTBd early in that mission in the real world. Oh well - it's just a game.

Glad to see someone else noticed this. Thought I was going crazy but flying ARGO with FM homing and I kept flying 180 degrees off heading until I realized CDI is backwards for FM homing!

I tried it (the debug tool)... I'm calling Placebo... I cant' tell the difference between it and the in game PD... but if it makes you happy.. go for it! At the end of the day I'm at the point now where I just want to turn of the FPS and play... besides my eyes are probably too old to tell the difference.

That's exactly what it's for... for passing control between two crewmembers obviously shouldn't be implemented in MiG

Anyone else getting a certificate warning/notification popping up today? It's weird because the cert is only showing valid from 1/16/17-1/23/17 so it should have popped up a long time ago. Everything seems to be working fine once I tell windows to ignore the cert issue.

Transducers and amp Can anyone suggest a good transducer / amp combo? I'm looking for something small and compact. The buttkicker sim kit looks good but pretty expensive and when I called they said it will be several months before it's back in stock looking for something with similar capability. Thanks! Enjoying my Jetseat but would like to add a stereo pair of transducers as well to add a little bit more rumble,!

think I got it! I just mapped the Ralt Home to the first movement of throttle and that seemed to get it.

Does someone have a lua file that allows me to move the warthog out of idle detent? It's currently frozen unless I use a keyboard command to move it. I've searched around and don't see anything. thanks for your help!

Guys I did some preliminary testing with my rig tonight (i7 4.2 and 1080 64 gig ram) and I don't see any noticeable improvement in frame rates down from 2.0 to 1.5. I noticed slightly degraded visuals on 1.5, but without any major frame rate improvements I'm having a hard time justifying staying at 1.5. In the Mig-21 cold start i'm steady around 40-50 fps on the ramp, and on the Mirage cold start I'm seeing around 50-90 depending on where I'm looking - and that's both on 1.5 and 2.0. In the A-10C instant action (first one) I generally get around 90 - down to 50 depending on where I'm flying, but it's the same at 2.0 and 1.5. I only play SP, so that may be the difference, but I don't see any increased fps at 1.5. How do you guys recommend testing this?
