LeCuvier, I'm stuck trying to make a 3 position switch for the Mig 15 that has Gear Up/Neutral and then Down/Neutral. Hollywood Can you give us a brief description of how to add aliases? For example Jettison stores...would like to add Jettison Weapons and Jettison bags.. Every time I try to add alias it just defaults to Jettison stores1.. I've tried saving and reimport but it appears bugged to me? Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong?

A-4 mod functionality Anyone have any luck getting this to work with A4 mod. I guess I realize the radios aren't implemented but it would nice to be able to talk to the crew chief, or use the additional view commands I have programmed on my own.. since the A4 community mod is not an official module Viacom doesn't seem to recognize and will not execute any of my commands..

I've tried odyssey, odyssey+ and vive pro and I keep coming back to rift. Overall I felt the Vive Pro was a tad more comfortable and the visuals were way better for me, but sadly I had red, blue, green static in the headset right out of the box. Apparently this is somewhat common and means the breakout box or hmd cable needs to be replaced. HTC has been a nightmare to deal with and I worry about future hardware issues. For the price, I decided to return it, because I really wanted to be "wowed for the $" I agree with setup. I had steam and steam vr already installed, but it was still giving me fits and even resulted in a blue screen at one point. I spent over an hour with HTC support and they were trying to get me to update firmware in my controllers etc to fix blue, green spots in HMD. Ultimately they wasted a ton of my time, and It's been three days since they agreed to let me return it and I still don't have my prepaid RMA labels. For that price, I expect better! I never even booted into DCS because of the static in Steam VR. I really hope Oculus comes out with a slightly improved screen for an oculus 1.5 rev. I'd be all over it!

WHOLEHEARTEDLY AGREE! I've had the OG Odyssey, the O+ and even tried the Vive Pro! I promptly returned the OG Odyssey because of the tiny sweetspot. Oculus is way better than original Odyssey. The O+ seemed to have better sweetspot, but comfort was horrible! It also had tons of light leakage. The O+ was clear, but the image felt soft with the anti SDE lenses. I was going to keep the O+ and try to adopt a better facial interface but the absolute deal breaker was the inside out tracking. It simply would NOT work in my sim room which has tons of sunlight. I didn't want to hang curtains just to make the tracking work! and at night I'd have to have all the lights on for tracking! Finally the Vive Pro was visually awesome and fit like a glove, but I had tons of red, blue, and green static in the headset. Sounds like it is somewhat common and means the cables or breakout box needed to be replaced! I spent over $1100 and had a hardware failure out of the box! So far it's taken me 3 days and although HTC has agreed to refund/return the Vive Pro, I still don't have my rma shipping labels!. For that price, I really worry about future hardware failures and the nightmare scenario of trying to get it fixed/returned. The oculus just works out of the box for me for the past 2 years. I've modified the facial interface for a wider field of view and it's just like an old comfortable pair of shoes. I just keep coming back to it and its consistent and ASW works great. I keep chasing better visuals, but the oculus just works. Maybe they will release and updated version with the better lenses and it'll be a instant purchase for me! my thoughts....

How did you get the calibration tool. I"ve been working with rift support for over a week and they'e yet to let me have it... They just keep having me jump through hoops and send them more data, videos of my issue etc... Basically just giving me the run around.... I'm basically just going to give up at this point, but if you have the imu tool I'd give it a shot

Same here... 64 gig ram, Titan XP... Happens every time, but it's quick. Funny if It's a night mission it redraws the day scene first,, and then it makes it dark... Weird

Wore plenty of ACH and NVGs/w battery packs and I can definitively say the Samsung Odyssey+ was utter crap. Huge nose gap, huge gaps on side and in order to get lenses in focus needed to have the headset pressed down against the bridge of my nose... NO thanks. Honestly I think the Rift is the best all around headset still, if you can get past the lower resolution. I'm going to try the Vive Pro, just because I want to have the improved screens and comfort... I doubt I'll keep it though due to price. So far I've tried and returned both Odyssey and O+. Need to try the vive pro to be sure, but I keep coming back to the rift. Oh and the WMR tracking absolutely would not work in my sunlit room. Tracking was an absolute train wreck. YMMV, but thats' my .02 cents.

Used mine yesterday and promptly packed it up for return.. completely uncomfortable.. doesn't come close to fitting my face and has severe light leak...to make matters worse the head tracking completely failed in my sunlit room to the point where it was unusable...Lenses we're definitely softer but brighter and clearer than rift but only in a very narrow focal sweet spot if I looked straight ahead. If I looked down or up or even side to side completely blurry...too bad Samsung.

I'll have my Odyssey+ tomorrow and offer my impressions as it relates to original odyssey (I returned it) and my Rift (which I've used exclusively for DCS for the past 2 years).
