Idk why people are still complaining about the tomcat compare when it was first release. Back then the tomcat had/was: - (datalink) Missile warning receiver - Magic phoenix INS (no need to maintain track) - phoenix that go through mountain and kill you - a spitfire with 30 degree per second turn rate with flaps down without jamming - a tank ( i survive 2 amraam) -etc. And not to mention that amraam was pretty weak missile back then Back then shooting a MK60 phoenix at 40 miles in PVP is always a guarantee while now you can't even reliably kill someone at 30 miles. Even with all those things back then, you can still defeat a tomcat. There were some guys that can notch and defeat the missile at that state The phoenix are not that easy like it used to be. So even after HB fix all of those issues people still thinks the tomcat is OP? If you have a good arm chair fighter pilot (game) sense, you would now if you got a contact within 40 miles with 14 nails on it, you better start beaming to notch his radar.

Yeah that was a problem at first. But once you start getting used to it when the wheel move position, it doesn't matter since you know exactly what condition that cause the wheel position move And i use Ctrl+1-8

Regarding jester control, Has anyone tried using keyboard instead of pilot head/voice attack? If your hand are not far from the keyboard you should give it a try until you have developed your muscle memory. Once you do, you can pretty much give any order less than a second

It works wuth ACM open. It didn't work with ACM close for me unless its on TWS even below 10

Are you sure you are not on TWS? Because if you break a lock it will revert to TWS with the radar pointing at him

About sukhumi the begining. Wouldn't leopard 1 be a better opponent against T-55 feels weird seeing sherman and ww2 stuff

I was looking forward for your campaign. however after the first 5th mission, sorry to say i wasn't really to pleased with it the first 4th mission are basically doing nothing so that's 50% of the whole campaign doing nothing. its not really something that you wanna do after a long day at work. currently i'm stuck on mission 5. i've destroyed every enemy and told they me to return to cap position. i've waited minutes on station until i got bored and quit. but after reading his thread i think it's bugged. but again, i download this campaign using the link you share meaning, if i want to play the campaign again with the fixes i have to use the official one from the game and start all over again. i just don't want to go through the whole first 4 mission again. i was expecting the whole campaign to be something like watching over devildog mission. in other word i really like the jester own dialog its really cool. i know this wont be your last campaign you make, so i'm really looking forward for the next one Regards

Awesome work alpen. This is the the sort of mission i've been waiting for no SAM, and i hope no guided munition aswell so only dumb bombs and rockets. Oh just my opinion, your thought about discord is wrong, yes theres a bunch a people that discuss uneccesarry stuff but most of those happens on a popullar server like the official ED server and popullar multiplayer server. Not many people are interested in CW server so you want have to many bad apples if you make one and i guarantee there will be less discussion so you wont missed any of them , and besides you can have mods to control the server and you can just checked discord see whats up and leave the rest to the mods.

First of all here's the the Final magnetic course from a jeppesen chart for runway 07 (08 ingame) in Kutaisi is 074 Now the final Course is Always magnetic however it appears that 074 in game is TRUE HEADING ' and it doesn't make any sense if you add with the Magnetic Variation. we know magnetic variation in Kutasi is 6.8 East. you can google it but i'll give you one https://www.magnetic-declination.com...si/916290.html now from flight school we know things about "TRUE VAMPIRE MAKES DEAD COMPANION" TRUE HDG, Variation, Magnetic HEading, Deviation, Compass Heading" so if its West you subtract because west is on the left. and if its East you Add because east is on the right. so with that said If we have a 074 Magentic( according to the chart from jeppesen) with 6E of variation then : T....... V....... M .........6E ......074 ..... + 6 = 74 . so we need the true heading to be 068 in order to have a 074 Magnetic heading. So yeah you got it mixed up. I also checked with 2 Other civilian Sim and they are all showing 074 MAGNETIC not 67

most airfield in russia(north of caucacus) doesn't have TACAN. Which makes it difficult for blue plane to Navigate if you don't know the map. Adding portable TACAN would help a bit
