  1. Ah the usual I can do it post, and yes I am talking about the F18. Not everyone wants the same level of simulation and why not have the same set up that the 33 has for being placed on cats?
  2. Is there any chance of getting a key assignment similar to what the SU33 has for placing you on the next available CAT. Taxiing on the CV is still problematic at best.
  3. Apache and Hind are one thing, first generation Stealth Tech with common materials running into next generation and beyond isn't.
  4. No but the all the stands for the race track and the hotel aswell as the unbranded Ferrari World could be put it.
  5. All fine here, infact frame rate improvement.
  6. Is DCS going to be optimised?
  7. Oooh you little tease!
  8. I flew on your server the other day with you and it was a good experience, thank you.
  9. Picture in Picture Viewports Would it be possible to get the remaining fuel on screen someplace so us F18 noobs and non VR players can get a ball call in without flying into the carriers wake? Would also be fantastic if this was below the a stand alone picture in picture meatball that has all ready been requested.
  10. I noticed the same. At altitudes below 1500' I would get a 50% reduction in FPS while in cockpit. I go to the external view and I get a marked upshift of FPS. Details: below 1500' 15 fps in cockpit. 25-30 min external view. Above 1500' I routinely get minimum of 35-40 fps. Compare that too the M2000-C is well above that with an overall minimum of 30 fps at low level and routinely pegged at 60 fps.
  11. RAVEN | PUDDLES 59TH RAVENS UK Red side: GCI Blue side: GCI Ravens GCI controller 16 years RAF flight ops experience.
  12. Basically I want more Russian Navy aircraft. 1. I would like to see a proper LSO position for the Kuznetsov with a small close range radar interface. 2. Mig 29K, so we can have buddy tanks and another probe and drogue capable naval aircraft. 3. Mig 35, because hey why not it looks sexy!! 4. More RAF equipment!!
  13. After looking at vVFA-113 deck qualification videos, is there a way of modifying the LAlt+F9 position for the Kuznetsov?
  14. Not in the UK, we fly bloody huge racetracks within an area, which the AI in DCS does a fair representation of tbh. http://www.pb-photos.com/images/UK-Military-Airspace.jpg
  15. No I designed it like an AAR Area, I drew out a rectangular box route. When I made contact the aircraft rolled to the right braking contact. Its probably my setup but strange that it did it in straight and level flight. RUS AAR.miz
  16. Ver: 1.5.7 Legs: 1:54ml 2:35ml 3: 54ml then back to start Spd: 455KMH
  17. This is probably me but I was doing an offline mission and everytime I made contact the 78-M would roll to Starboard.
  18. And the next module is, wait for it, the Mk 1 Flying Pig!

  20. From what I have learnt from Aerospace Battle Manager (RAF) while in the Middle East is that tasking's come from JFAC (Joint Forward Air Control) and then relayed through to airborne assets.
  21. "The Viggen is an aircraft that operated within a very unique doctrine, and we wanted to create an exciting way for you to experience this in our Viggen". Not very unique at all, most of the RAF's tactical aircraft, Harrier and Jaguar were rough strip capable. Most of the Russian Air Force tactical aircraft are also the same. Add in the A10's as well and picture gets the bigger.
  22. Dumb question, I take it Steam has unlimited downloads?
  23. I would rather see an SU24.
  24. So its 'invisibility' without reflectors is near on 100% then.
  25. One came through RAF Linton on Ouse in 1995 (I think or possibly 96) and I can give you all a few hints as to what it looked like from ATC Radar (Watchman). RAF Linton on Ouse is a training base that operates the Shorts Tucano. One F117 came through for a practice diversion so it was under surveillance radar control and precision approach radar control. The F117 had next to no radar signature outside of 10 miles, next to no primary return. It had around 1/8 the primary return at less than one mile compared to a Tucano.
