How do I install the mariana Map on the dedicated server? The normal update is carried out. But the map is not being downloaded. Shouldn't that happen automatically?

verschwinden die alle direkt am boden wieder? vllt. mal zu testzwecken alle mit einem ratXXX:SetMinDistance(XXX) versehen und schauen ob sie dann abheben.

wenn auf dem server "einfacher funk" deaktiviert ist, spielt es keine rolle ob es bei dir als client aktiviert ist. Du musst einfach die richtigen funkgeräte benutzen und nicht nur "#". "#" funktioniert bei servern ohne "einfachen funk" nur am boden.

Genau DAS! Der der Kollege mit der VDSL Leitung oder dem Glasfaseranschluss hostet einfach die Mission und fertig. Kosten NULL.

Das Update ist noch nicht draußen. Niemand kann es laden.

Ich würde einfach unter den erweiterten Wegpunktoptionen des letzten Wegpunktes ein Flag aktivieren [ run script -> trigger.action.setUserFlag('1', true) ] und wenn diese Bedingung erfüllt ist die Gruppe über einen Trigger deaktivieren.

Tested with current beta. If you restart DCS and open a mission in the ME, the SKILL of the first unit that you click on will automatically change from CLIENT to HIGH. Only the first unit. Only if DCS has been restarted. If you open the next mission during the same session, this does not occur. Can anybody confirm this?

BUG? I tested it with 2.5.6. It doesn't matter which TCN channel you set. The FPAS page always shows TCN 10. I suspect this is a bug.

Can someone bring light into the dark here? I have not found any post or video where someone could explain this.

I'm totally confused right now. Will the SC module work like any other aircraft module or like the WW2 asset pack? What happens if I place the Arleigh Burke or the Kuznetsov in the mission? Will the WW2 guys be able to connect to the server without the super carrier module?

Virpil Support Falls sich mal wer von Virpil bei dir meldet mach denen mal klar, dass ich auch schon seit über 1. Monat auf Antwort warte Ich habe da schon öfter bestellt und das ist echt nichts für Leute mit schwachen Nerven. Aber sowas wie jetzt, dass die sich über Wochen einfach nicht melden habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Musste den Support schon mehrmals in Anspruch nehmen. Mal war die Mechanik defekt, mal die Elektronik. Mal wurde meine Base abgeholt und repariert. Ein anderes Mal ein Ersatzteil geschickt was ich selbst einbauen musste. Trotz diesen ganzen Problemen hat das mit dem Support eigentlich immer geklappt und die Probleme konnten behoben werden. Jetzt habe ich wieder ein Problem mit meinem Throttle und ich war mir mit dem Support schon einig, dass ich den wohl einschicken muss bzw. dass er abgeholt werden soll. Und dann Funkstille, seit nun fast 5 Wochen. Falls mir wer bestätigen könnte, dass die Firma noch existiert wäre ich dankbar Der Cyph3r der das Virpil Forum hier moderiert war auch schon ewig nicht mehr online. Ungefähr zu der Zeit wo auch der Kontakt zum Support abriss. Ich bin da aktuell etwas ratlos. Will hier aber keinem angst machen

Same here. Server shows static aircrafts on carrier but clients can't see them. Doesn't matter if dedicated server or old school.

Nix für ungut, aber ich habe kein Wort verstanden. VR Maßband? 2 Leute? Vllt. wird es ja mit Satzzeichen klarer?!?

Wie misst du Ingame die "206cm"?

Ich sehe noch nicht, dass uns Hand Tracking wirklich nach vorn bringt in DCS. Dann müsste ich ja meine gesamte Peripherie zu hause an das jeweilige Cockpit anpassen. Wenn ich derzeit virtuell einen Button vor mir drücken wollte, würde ich in meinen Schreibtisch fassen. Das würde gar nicht gehen. Oder links in der F-18C die Positionslichter anmachen. Dann müsste ich durch meinen real existierenden Throttle durchgreifen. Ich seh mich da auch in Zukunft eher mit der Maus klicken.

Made a simple mission on caucasus map. Put some client F-18s in there and 2 carriers. No static objects. Host that mission on a dedicated server. Being just me on the server everything runs fine. 45fps (ASW) sitting in the cockpit on Anapa. As soon as a 2nd client jumps into a F-18 and spawns beside me I get a massive fps loss. Now getting about 22 fps. It seems the fps comes back when the second F-18 departs and is no longer visible. Have not tried with other aircrafts. When joining a server with multiple players I partly come off to 9fps. This did not happend before the F-18 update. No changes to the graphic settings. Specs: i5 3750k @4.3Ghz, GTX 1080TI, 32Gb DDR3, SSD, Rift CV1 Wanted - about 30fps Reward - a big THX

We host some simple free flight servers (online aerobatics germany). The server crashes (freezes) even in clean configuration. No sl-mod, mist, moose or anything else. The freezes appeared very erratic but constantly. We pared the missions down to the minimum. The problem still exists with the persian gulf map for us. Right after removing the Harriers from one of our servers it keeps running for several days without any freezes yet. We have no idea what the problem is. We only see that the issues have gone with the removing of the Harrier.

Is there a chance a dev will take a stand on this problem? We had several crashes a day. After finding this thread we removed the Harriers from the mission. Now we run fine for already 3 days without a single crash. Buying a additional copy just for the server is not acceptable.

DCS enforces the value the mission builder has set in his CLIENT settings. The option in the mission editor itselfs is irrelevant. If you want to disable the civilian traffic you have to disable it in your client settings and save the mission again. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=152449
