This 100% I feel like the F-35 announcement opens us up to having a bit more flexibility with older modules even though I would argue that was already the case with the Ka-50 and it’s extra pilons.

I actually refunded it and bought it back after a few months, the refunding ultimately was a knee jerk reaction after the first few issues and bugs popped up. in the end it's a functional jet with radar modelling superseding ED's own offerings (that by itself speaks volumes) so I'll keep it and enjoy it for as long as I can. Originally I thought to get the Chinook instead, but looking at the current state of that Module I'll stick to my F-15 and hope for the best going forward.

I’ll just add my voice here in support of someday (hopefully soon) getting this version, we really need what I like to call a proper E version (no disrespect to the EE lol). This version is second only to the EQ in my F1 variant wishlist, I believe in you Aerges !

I'm not going to jump to conclusions here and point fingers since OnReTech have not stated by name the party behind the reasons for their decision, but logic points towards one specific party especially since ED have stated they were not aware of any of this. What I'm hoping for is for Ugra to reverse course if they are the ones behind this dispute and if not to refute this whole thing and point us towards who's responsible. Wether it's Ugra or someone else, this sort of thing should happen before money has exchanged hands, I can understand looking out for your interest (even if ill advised and done in poor taste) but not like this, and not by depriving paying customers of what they paid for.

Oh I see, since I saw some of the other devs put in their change logs I thought this was the main patch, thank you for the info !

It honestly feels like every other patch has to by law ! introduce some drama and turn into a crapshow. I seriously hope this was an oversight or mistake, there is literally no reason for this.

Quite a few people have expressed different opinions on this, so I'll respond to them all here. I'm not expecting ED or Razbam to comment on individual bits of news or statements from people I believe that's an unreasonable expectation. But regardless of what you think about the statements or the man behind them, this is still a concerning development and the claim of a complete break down of communication being reiterated without anyone from ED refuting this should be concerning to all of us no matter who you support in this unfortunate case. So if someone from ED or others are willing to shed some light on this development then I'll ask and take that otherwise we're still just here waiting anxiously.

Any official word on the recent posts by Cpt smiley? I’m not sure I can call it an escalation but it’s definitely not pointing towards a positive outcome. Also the claim that there are no active talks or any communication whatsoever between the parties has been repeated, this is all quite alarming.

While there isn’t much news here I appreciate the overall tone of the first message. while I’m still gonna go forward with a refund I’m keeping some hope alive that the F-15 and my other Razbam modules have a future within DCS. Just some positivity to end the day with.

With the radar issue looming finally caved and opened a ticket for the F-15. I really don’t want to do this, this whole business sucks.

I'm on there (while not all that much active) and what I see is mostly one former dev who is extremely passionate and disgruntled because they weren't paid for a long time (and I'm not assigning blame for who's fault that is ultimately) And also a bunch of customers complaining because their favorite modules are actively breaking. I'm genuinely alcurious what an appropriate reaction to these recent happenings is in your mind especially from customers ? In my opinion I think there are lots of people out there who are none too happy with what's going on, and the discord is a space for them to vent and express their displeasure without arbitrary limitations.

I’ll add my voice in agreement with this statement right here. I don’t believe that many people in the community are expecting weekly updates or blow by blows on the matter. what they want right now is reassurance someone from the higher echelons to come out and say that regardless of the outcome we will have an F-15E to fly in the end.

I dont post very often here, but this situation is serious enough and I have to join some here in saying that with the wave of refunds and the atmosphere at Razcord this complete lack of communication is unsustainable. I understand that these things are complicated, tricky and take time but we’re now a few months in and plans for the future need to be addressed at least for the people who can’t get a refund like myself and many others here. In case anybody decides to bring it up, yes I understand that it is early access and certain risks are to be expected, but still as a courtesy to your community and more importantly customers please tell us what’s going to happen or at least what’s happening now. We are always thanked for our passion and support, the best way in my opinion to show this gratitude in this strange time is to talk to us and reassure us.

Hello. I encountered this bahvior for trhe first time on a flight yesterday wasn't doing anything particularly out of the ordinary (15k feet 500kts) when suddenly had all sorts of warnings turn on lost my hud and radar. Is this really fixed and how do you mitigate this when it occurs ?

Hello. I have a question about the F-18 profile for dcsflightpanels, on the radio panel the small inner knob changes the volume just fine but the bigger outer one doesn't change the radio channels can I fix this somehow ? Thanks.

With all due respect and while I think that you and the few people critical of the reaction of many in the user base have some good points about excessive hype, you are very much mistaken if you think that being silent about this decision would have changed people's reactions. You seem to be missing the main point which is that people think this is a bad move regardless of what their expectations were, I don't personally have any strong feelings about this and I wasn't expecting anything from FC4 but even I was quite perplexed with this. Saying FC4 would have been a great opportunity to add new airframes or upgrade older ones with newer features etc doesn't necessarily mean that that's what I expected or that's what I thought I was promised that's my and many others' opinion and I think it's very clear that even on this forum which is usually very understanding and tolerant of ED's moves a majority of people have felt that this is not the best decision. Besides as paying customers people have the right to give feedback no matter what they thought they were or were not getting. So instead of concentrating on why or how people are being critical concentrate on the feedback and criticism itself and take it into account.

Can you share your Nvidia settings and what you did to improve spotting for you. In my experience following the target has gotten easier for sure. But actually spotting the target and trying to acquire it visually is still challenging.
