Got my jetseat FSE yesterday and damn it is worth every penny. With the large fov with the pimax along with this jetseat it adds so much immersion along with actually being able to feel the aircraft instead of relying on visuals and sound. Just awesome stuff thanks Andre for this product.

Just go to the shader mod thread and search multiplayer or ic compliant and you will find it.

I use the IC compliant one which works in multiplayer and i get the same performance gain as the normal version.

Of course i dont play without it.

Ya the 1080 to the 2080ti is a very good improvement but going from the 1080ti to a 2080ti is not worth the money. All the benchmarks from a 1080ti to a 2080ti saw mostly just a couple FPS gain. Again not worth 1100-1300 dollars for 5-10 FPS but hey if you got the money why not. Im hoping that the prices will fall soon or they release 20 series cards without RTX for a cheaper price or who knows in another year they may have the 3080ti.

Well we will see because I maintain about 50-60 fps now and with motion reprojection on I get a solid 45. So i was hoping with the pimax reprojection I could maintain 45. If not I have to really lower the setting then. But even if I can’t ED will hopefully have their VR improvements soon.

As long as I use the shader mod I’ll have a solid 45.

Pimax just confirmed with me that my HMD is on it’s way overseas. Should be just a couple more weeks!!! Can’t wait

More flight time. The jet just came out yesterday give your self more time to fly it. I find getting the jet level to be no harder then the av8b, don’t have an issue with maintaining speed and pulled off some nice landings with good AOA. So again just give it more time. You might be over thinking it too not sure but when ever I do anything like trimming or messing with the throttle to maintain AOA wait a couple seconds before making more adjustments.

Do what Harlikwin said or double click the middle mouse wheel and scroll backwards and you will move further back.

The way I view it is 16GB of ram is the new minimum. Especially in VR you need at least 32. Times have changed when I built my first PC many years ago 8GB of ram was more then enough for gaming and 16 was like high end.

Well I sent a Pm to one of the pimax officials on the forums about a time frame for my HMD and he said “Our logistic colleague are arranging your headset shipment”. Don’t really know that means but on Friday it will be exactly 3 weeks since I order.
