  1. :music_whistling: Yawn.
  2. If you adhere to rules CAS missions can be relatively uneventful (e.g. Maintain a hard deck, have your wing man watch your run to spot missile trails, etc). Most of the flightmodel work is done on the Frogfoot so I just assumed DCS Frogfoot would be a natural progression.
  3. The Frogfoot is a deadly weapon and great competitor to the A-10; well why not DCS Frogfoot after DCS A:10C?!?
  4. Seems like you had a pretty dramatic hop. I've had multiplayer flights where while flying in formation my wingman would get too close and slice my tail off with his rudder.
  5. So do user controlled F-15 intake vents move as advertised?
  6. Happy B-Day guys!!
  7. They provided us with F-15C screen shots and Su-25 screen shots recently so I wouldn't expect much to be quite honest with you.
  8. But in game are they removable? And if not can you vouch for that?
  9. Are the pylons removable?
  10. The current record is held by a Mig-29; that is until the US DOD publicly release the F-22's climb data :music_whistling:
  11. I'm counting down the days until release. I think I might need to take a week off =)
  12. Or by me posting pics....
  13. Hehehe I was waiting for someone to say that
  14. Welcome aboard! Great informative first post.
  15. According to Northrop Grumman the detection range against a fighter sized target is 265KM.
  16. I used satire you we're condescending ;)
  17. Great you just gave the Chinese a design to replicate....:megalol:
  18. Your turning a civil discussion to a hostile one. Tone down the rhetoric. Back to the topic at hand: If we're going to do a fair comparison let's compare the Su-27SM to the F-15C. I mean to be quite honest here we are comparing an apple to an orange.
  19. Can I have some of the herbal supplements that your taking?!? Your comparing the Su-27's radar to the AN/APG-80 Aesa Radar and actually believe that the Su's radar is superior?? The aperture of the Su-27 radar is only 60° horizontal and 10° vertical (compared to 120° horizontal for a F-16). The F-16 is smaller than the Su-27 and have a more powerful radar so I would think that the F-16's would be able to detect the Su-27 sooner which is an advantage. F-16's are combat proven while Su-27's are not. Most F-16 aircrew have real world combat experience while most Su-27 aircrew do not.
  20. Gotta love the dents from refueling that are on the nose of the A-10 in the second pic.
  21. Check out my youtube channel. I have a pretty cool F-16 documentary broken up into 7 parts. http://www.youtube.com/user/Evon33313#p/u
  22. Both planes are evenly matched in the A2A regime it comes down to tactics and training.....
  23. "flakeon" :lol::P
