I did, made no difference. As in the picture it is all the way at the minimum setting.

I'm not really sure why this was moved out of the bug forum. Does that mean it is something I am doing incorrect and if so, what is it?

I personally saw F-14's go full burner on takeoff on my 2004 cruise with VF-211... it was always awesome - the burner would hit the JBD and then go straight up. They MAY have been A models though.

Maybe this isn't a bug, more of a misplacement, but the 50 cal machine guns that are mounted on the lifelines would never be mounted there underway unless there was a specific force protection need for them or the ship was pulling in to port. Generally these things would be taken down and put in to the magazines otherwise there'd be some serious corrosion issues on them. Not sure if this belongs here or not. And I suppose this isn't a huge deal if they stay.. just an observation.

It seems like the Flood Lighting is only partially connected to the flood lighting rheostat. Even with the Flood Light dimmer all the way down, there are still a few flood lights emitting light. As the picture hopefully shows (you may have to download it and zoom in...) If I am doing something wrong please tell me!

It seems like they are far too dim at night... is there as way to make them brighter? If not it'd be great if ED could punch it up a bit.

Hello Wrench, I've searched and can't find any mention of this so I will ask it here even though I know you must have been asked a dozen times already - Any chance we could incorporate an LSO script with this?

Not to get too far off topic from the OP But I think I need to start doing this as well... the WIN+Y thing is getting a bit annoying.

Take the headset off and see if it has that blue bar across the top of your screen, something about pressing WIN+Y to go to "desktop mode" or something to that effect. I dont have my computer with so can't tell you exactly what it says.

Essentially, they could release all Nimitz-class carriers as the size and specifications are all nearly the same. I imagine someone will mod it if ED doesn't get around to it.

Quick silly question, but should I be expecting a performance hit moving DCS on to it's own Drive? My system (c:) drive is a NVMe Samsung 960Pro, I recently installed a second NVMe 970 Pro and gave DCS it's own drive. I swear i took a performance hit. Could it be that I did a copy and paste to the new drive instead of a clean install? It doesn't make any sense to me.

Oddly, I have the same experience with a some-what similar set up. All settings (except shadows) appear to have very little to no effect on FPS counter. I use a "benchmark" mission I created to test results.

This file is gold. I too made a template from it for use in my own missions (I don't upload them..) It adds a bit of realism for sure!

So I have an i7 8700K, and so far I have had no luck getting a stable overclock to 5ghz. All research says this should be entirely possible but I've had no luck. Does anyone have any tips? I'm currently running at 4.8 and can do that at 1.3v with temperatures in the 40-60 range depending on load. Also - will it make any difference in VR going from 4.8 to 5ghz? I am complete newbie to this so I'm sort of finding my way here.

Are there any plans to fix the KC-135BDA? I know there are many posts about this but they're all in the RAZBAM section and they have apparently said it's an ED issue. This would be a welcome fix for sure! Thanks guys!

I actually read about hpriority yesterday... But I did not know that you could have multiples and number them! I will try this today, thank you for the help!

All over my mission in PG,I am having issues with enemy AI not engaging. Sometimes they do, but it's seldom. I have Infantry, AAA and SAM sites all set up. All ROE's are Open Fire as well. Not sure what could be happening here, does anyone have any ideas?

I am curious as well if I can make the JTAC autolase a specific group. Forgive me if I didnt understand your post - but how do we designate something as "hpriority"? I've got several other targets in the area but I do not want the JTAC to designate them as they are not the objective. Thanks in advance!

Am I losing my mind? I think the PG map has actually gotten bigger... I honestly do not remember it extending all the way to the North West like it is currently when was initially released.. Looks like we have parts of Kuwait and Iraq as well as Bahrain and Qatar. Hopefully they will go ahead and develop those areas with airfields and such!

with Link 16 it should show friendlies and hostiles...
