Sometimes it gets crazy annoying even though its not realistic my thinking and I over do stuff. Some times have to take a step back and say that I'm not thinking realistically

I don't know have to explain this and thought I pick this topic and chat about it here. I have built computer on both a professional level for work and enjoyment. I find it harder and become more compulsive the creating my own gaming pc. This can be very annoying and stressful because it includes making sure settings are setup perfectly and the feeling of not having everything setup perfectly can lead to reinstall off programs and a fresh install of windows. I have spoke to many people who have a computer OCD when it comes to building because they want everything to be perfect. But in the end you realize there will always be bugs and glitches in computer builds. This stress sometimes really drives me impatient and annoys me to death. But people have to work past it. Just wanted to get my stress out on my situation.

I am currently looking into the SA-342M Gazelle but I read so many other threads around the forum and want to make sure that the Gazelle is going to be supported and developers are not going to run away. I am not looking to start a bashing contest here and want to make sure my purchase is well worth it.

Have a question about start up too (Don't mean to hijack thread) Does the F/A-18C ever need to use ground power to start up in and circumstances?

First MD was bought by Boeing My thoughts are because Eagle Dynamics and Razbam have a better standing and relationship with Boeing and also probably because Eagle Dynamics and Razbam have a lot to show for why they deserve the License. Again not sure but I know when you get a license its not like here is what I made give me a license there is a lot still involved. But again it is my guess I have no clue why boeing would do this.

I can not find a ABS/Plastic 15"x10"x5" or close to that to build a large Button Box setup. I am from the United States where should I look?

USB 3.0 External would be better. Currently use it for steam games with no problems. Never tried it with DCS or Flight Simulators. If you go external Thunderbolt drive would be the best if you motherboard supports TB. But honestly try to get another Internal SSD if you have the Sata spots.

Hello, I have a quick question about something I currently decided to install bath stable(release) and open beta and I noticed that the Open Beta Icons and the Stable(Release) icons are thrown in the same folder. Is it safe to make a folder named "DCS World Open Beta" and throw the icons in that folder that will show on the start list and do the same for the Stable (Release) version and call it DCS World so its alittle more organized? I dont want it to be like click the start menu and go into the Eagle Dynamics folder and see 6 different icons for DCS world, updater and repair for both versions. Just curious if this is safe to do? Something like show in picture I made a folder for Stable (Release) instead of having it in Eagle Dynamics folder.Shortcuts work find

I'm just disappointed in some of the users comments on facebook about the 50% off the hornet and PG. I mean ED and other developers have never put a newly release aircraft on sale especially when its only in the Open Beta state.. Please don't start bashing ED like that people should be thankful for a sale at all. They do not have to have one.

Would I 1TB SSD be enough for DCS World Open Beta and DCS World Stable to be installed with room to spare. This is a Dedicated DCS World SSD nothing Else on it. Thanks in advance.

Noticed something when flying in the black sea sometimes I get a micro freeze when facing away from land toward water then coming over the top looking at land. Freeze is like 5-8 seconds long then everything is fine.. Anyone else ever get this?

Should I run DCS World 2.5 Stable Release as Administrator or just click and start?

I Know when we put out the Land based wires here at KFRG they dont slow the plane to a dead halt like the carriers again im not sure what it would do. I doubt it has ever been tested. I might be wrong it might just collapse the gear and that's all but I never saw a Land based aircraft trap on a carrier. I have seen planes use the Land Based emergency arrestor cables with not issues on both Navy Aircraft and USAF aircraft. Not quite sure if there is a difference between them both.

I really wish BST would model damage when you use the hook on a aircraft carrier it rips the plane apart since the F-5e is not capable of carrier landings.

The Maximus X Code is a very nice board currently use it and I must say I love it. The Maximus X 300 series is a Z370 motherboard (X370 is the AMD Side of things and will not support any Intel CPU of course) CPU wise Coffee Lake CPU tend to get warm quick I suggest a AIO or even one of the EKWB MLC Phoenix AIO which really is better then say most Closed Loop because there expandable with QDC fitting and are very easy to use.

Unless you print out the whole thing in color and bind it!!! LOL :doh: Kidding aside great to see the F/A-18C Hornet guide out this pretty much right after official release to help us hornet simmers understand the hornet's workings. Looking forward to the updates
