1070 for me, not sure why the graphics card would be of any use to this post though? We're having the issue after downloading the module.

Yeah always hit the update button if you haven't launched the open beta for a while. Just have to be patient, it's not like as soon as it's midnight we are able to download it, as much as we would like to otherwise I would have still been flying since last night lmao.

I honestly can't wait to see what day we get our hands on it, I've never actually felt so excited about a release date announcement for anything before. DCS absolutely hates my wallet but I absolutely love DCS.

Tornado, Jaguar & a full fidelity Sukhoi 27/30 would be my DCS dream complete really. I see a lot of people saying the Tornado and given how well the F14 worked, swing wings, multi crew etc the Tornado would be perfect. I'm still sad the RAF retired the GR4 so it would keep me entertained for years with any variant (pretty please)

Whilst I don't have too much helpful information the updates have been coming pretty thick and fast for the Hornet and there's a lot additional systems/weapons been added in the past couple of months or so. As for the Nimitz class carrier I think it's going to be an additional module based on how much work is going into it so I honestly don't think it'll be included.

Make sure to press the master clear button just above the sweep handle to let any changes you've made take effect. Or another thing I can think of is double checking your control binding as there has been a bug with binding controls.

Caught a 4 wire on my 3rd attempt, 1st time round I barely touched the deck, the beautiful cat just wanted to glide lol 2nd attempt Jester gave me the bolter bolter bolter. 3rd attempt just a little bit high, 4 wire said Jester. I'm absolutely loving this thing to fly. All the little noises, switches clicking, the entire F-14 experience is even more epic than I thought it would be.

Yeah someone on a discord server pointed me in the direction of the thread, so far I've managed to bind all the basic controls for flight so that'll keep me happy for now :thumbup:

I was going through the process of setting up some controls on my X56, they were assigning no problem at all then all of a sudden nothing else registers and any controls I try to re-bind they don't detect my throttle OR my stick. Also I just tried launching the free flight instant action and it's not begun to even load for 5 minutes :doh:

Being fairly new to all the dcs pre-order beta/open beta stuff I'm really REALLY annoyed that there wasn't more of a mention about this that it would be an open beta release. I've never used the open beta before and looks like I'll have to re-download another 64gb of another version of DCS just to use one module.

Ah that might be why I'm having issues, I've never used the beta version of dcs as of yet. Tried to run the game updater from the start menu but it just tells me my game is up to date. You need to re-download another 64gb for the Open Beta version???? Really :|

If you pre-ordered it how are you able to download it? I just launched DCS but I don't see it in my modules yet, pre-ordered it through the ED shop? Excuse the noob question btw, this is the 1st time I've pre-ordered something for DCS so I'm unsure how it works!

Found it hard to contain my excitement the more and more you guys started to release on the beautiful bird. Can't wait to just spend time flying. Incredible trailer and once again massive kudos for what you have all achieved!

Looks like it was a good time to finally get that pre-order in. Hype levels are off the scale, at this moment in time I'm just excited to fly it, spend time looking around the cockpit. Watching US Navy operations on VHS videos was what I grew up with so to finally get the chance to get stuck into the Tomcat soon is amazing. Absolutely incredible work!

I honestly am so grateful for this as I didn't know about the standalone version until the F14 tomcat pre-order not being compatible with steam. I almost re-bought the Hornet but being able to transfer it now is awesome, very happy!! Thank you

Doing this video certainly gave me idea's on how I'd change things and add in different perspectives for another one so yeah that would be pretty cool. One thing I've always enjoyed is following an aircrafts view whilst the other jet breaks off. Thanks again mate, really appreciated!
