  1. pretty sure I am running into this issue right now.... was gone for a month, came back and did a WMR update and my audio has been amiss every since. thanks for the heads up, I'll look into this.
  2. Had a chuckle as I imagined all my weapons going off on their own. Glad you got it sorted quickly
  3. I found this after a bit more deepening my dive in the search results. Some interesting comments on the saturation .
  4. TobiasA, I feel your pain as I have been struggling with the brakes for a really long time. I also was doing the Takeoffs with brakes applied for a while, (figured to check all other bindings and the inversion button in Axis Tune finally). No matter how I set the slider with custom / linear / curves / saturation etc. I just cant get them to work in an acceptable way. I am also not using any external apps for any controllers. and the pedals are the Logitec Pro Flight Rudder Pedals. I am searching for a smooth wheel brake map if anyone has one where they don't engage at the half way point on the axis map in Axis Commands, (NON Slider and inverted) or in SLIDER and inverted but a smooth application to 100% Braking with out them locking up at the bottom of the Slider. They seem to be pretty much be extreme full on with with minor deflection of my pedal or barely on with full deflection of my pedal. just can't find that happy place with them. I would assume after the last couple years that someone has figured this out, but search is not helping with "wheel Brakes F-18C". I will get your post and one other, then it wanders off into Speed brake for the most part. YouTube comes up with installing rudder pedals , but I don't think anyone really has addressed the brakes that I have seen, Maybe my pedals are wonky? Cheers
  5. Nick Grey interview with Grim Reapers explains all these questions. Very well done interview, sheds alot of light and makes a ton of sense why ED does what they do.
  6. If I remember correctly, push "squelch" to silence it
  7. Had this last night. (post patch) at 500 ft and starting about 490 kts (becomes more extreme as airspeed increases) the rudder starts overcompensating after any type input (especially roll) and causes Yaw oscillation until I reduce airspeed back below the onset speed. I went to external view looking up the tail pipe and watched the rudder doing this.
  8. I have the same issue on the ever slow roll to the left. have been using rudder trim (just 2 clicks on mouse wheel, ever so slight) to get rid of it. In cruise i noticed the Velocity Vector set on a point on the horizon slowly going to the right along with the roll to the left.
  9. I clearly understood what Early Access meant when I SMSHED the BUY button. Please don't loose sight of that
  10. I had the same issue as OP. Everything showed fine in controllers in windows, but did not work correctly in game. My fix came from unplugging my TMWH Stick and Throttle and plugging them back in after a couple seconds. Note that after the initial download and first run of the module everything was fine. My problems started on the second time I started the game and subsequent attempts until I unplugged / plugged my controllers back in. I can now assign commands, but I lost the pre configured commands that came with the module. This also happened with my A-10 UFC (Buddyfox). Hope this helps someone in the future.
  11. My exports and cockpit displays are extreamly dark also. Brightness, gain etc.. seems to have zero effect.
  12. Had em park IN me at the end. had flight go loose trail inbound to the boat, no issues or conflicts in the pattern.
  13. Noticed in Wagg's AGM-88C HARM video his Radar Designator is yellow...
  14. So, my X56 stick was jittering in the X axis near center. Normal Re-calibration was having zero effect. I had uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, MadCats software, Logitech HUD... all to no solution After hours scouring the mighty Youtube and Dark Web, I ran across this bit of info off the now defunct Saitek site.(was redirected to Logitech) Unfortunately I don't know and have not found the Registry edit this talks about and I don't need to at this time. This "Factory Reset" did the trick and I am now smooth again. Hopefully you did a search and found this right away. https://support.logitech.com/en_gb/article/Recalibrate-the-X56-H-O-T-A-S-Axes-Firmware RECALIBRATE THE X56 H.O.T.A.S. AXES: FIRMWARE Updated: 07/12/2017 07:36 AM If you need to re-calibrate the X and Y axes of the stick, you should use the calibrate function in the HUD software. Go to the Settings, select the stick, and in the bottom of the window, click Calibrate. For all other axes, please follow the X56 RegEdit Calibration instructions If the RegEdit fix does not work then follow the instructions below: NOTE: You must always perform the clear axis calibration step first, before the main calibration step. THROTTLE Clear axis calibration process for Throttle: Hold down TGL3 down and TGL2 up whilst plugging the throttle in. Then press TGL4 down and TGL3 up. Clear calibration is completed when all lights go out. Unplug/Replug the throttle. Axis calibration process for Throttle: Move all axes to max and min twice. Press and hold TGL4 down, TGL3 down, TGL2 up together. Calibration is completed when all lights go out. STICK Clear axis calibration process for Stick: Hold down button A, HAT1 up, Flying Pinkie, Mini stick button. Clear calibration is completed when all lights go out. Unplug/replug the stick Axis calibration process for Stick: Move all axes except main stick X/Y axes to max and min twice. Move the Main stick X axis all the way to the left and then press the Trigger, button B and button D. Calibration is completed when all lights go out. :joystick: You will have to unplug and replug in the stick after the last step, I sat there for a couple minutes waiting for it to come back on.... it didn't:D
  15. Has anyone found the solution to page 101, post #1006? Has been brought up 4 times in this thread on various occasions but no clear answer. Has to do with MFCD's showing repeat main view behind MFCD's rather than black background.:helpsmilie:
  16. Hi Naruto, Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, I am trying to get "surround" on my 3 mains and at least one DDI displaying, hoping for both without any Helios or other non native software. As you can see I have got one DDI to port. Will be tinkering with what you sent tomorrow or the day after. I hope to be posting a pic soon with all working and will share my files if it does. I appriciate your feedback greatly, and will endeavor to get this sorted. I miss fsx "drag and drop" Really though, it's just a different way from fsx. Just have to make it "click" in my head I'm sure. I'm very new to DCS file tinkering. :book:
  17. Logged out and back in and it posted above the second time, my apologies
  18. Any idea how to make my 3 main monitors seen as a single monitor in the "monitor setup. lua"? , total is 5760x1080, And 2 each 1024x800's for the MFD's . So far it aways reverts to putting "primary" on one main monitor and not across all 3 I am thinking now that I read your monitor setup Lua, that maybe I can split the 5760÷3 (1920x1080 each) and adjust the "x" and "y" to marry them up to my individual main monitors. Any input would be appriciated greatly.
