  1. Is this the official Friday thread, hope I'm not late:P
  2. Sobek is going to love it. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=67747 Check the FAQ list oho, maybe you find also some other things you missed.
  3. You absolutely no reason to be disappointed. It is not cheating. The mission planner is there for a reason. You have a mission, you pick the weapons that help you accomplish it. Cheating would be, if you will, using weapons that A-10 doesn't carry like some HARM missile.
  4. Maybe this system would suit you better? :D 100 tank kills: unlock AGM 1000 tank kills: unlock LGB
  5. Yeah, yeah I already know your opinion :) Why? Also: What's the RL reason of restricting the payload: "Guys, our AGM supply truck has been ambushed, on the next mission you'll have to throw stones". Joke aside, without the proper payload, no jet would go in combat in RL. It's not like they leave the TGP home just to feel challenged. And last: I like the A-10C because it carries TGP, LGB, GBU's, I don't what to fly the A-10C like it was A-10A.
  6. Not just some truck, it's pump with a 50m long arm that can be used for water or concrete. http://www.pmw.de/cps/rde/xchg/pm_online/hs.xsl/9419_DEU_HTML.htm Quality made in Germany ;)
  7. No cheat in my book, in fact the opposite: using available intel to choose the optimal weapons is more realistic. There are other ways to make a mission difficult then restricting your weapons.
  8. That's no review, more like an abstract. But at least they give 92%.
  9. This is Awesome:
  10. I have the impression some seem to confuse X64 with quantum computing. ;) Anyway, as a coincidence, I read this today: http://www.destructoid.com/brad-wardell-on-the-future-of-stardock-and-gaming-198539.phtml It's about what Stardock think about incorporating X64 in games. Might interest you.
  11. Considering the orthogonal roll, I think CLOS guidance doesn't affect it, in a positive or negative manner, just because of the stage where you have to take action: terminal. The game is pretty much set at that point, the missile already knows where it will explode so to speak, it just has to get there. (that's why: last ditch maneuver). Well my understanding, that is.
  12. Is this something ED is considering (separating one of this big chunks - either FM or AI) in a separate thread? Is it something impossible / very difficult / difficult to achieve? Because CPU remains the bottleneck for DCS.
  13. It's somehow of a gray zone. That first link hassata posted, gives also a picture. I know of a case where an english teacher got murdered in japan (british? I don't remember), and after the police couldn't solve the case, the parents of the woman, contacted the local yakuza, which found the killer, even though he had made an aesthetic operation.--more effective than police :)
  14. The yakuzza have a special status in japan, actually they are not considered illegal per se. Some operate from normal business buildings. A lot of people turn to yakuzza when police don't help them (police in japan take only cases, which they know, they can solve, but that's another story).
  15. My menu looks better:
  16. You can also check it, by comparing to unloaded.
  17. Due to asymmetrical payload?
  18. Interesting, i had this also problems with trackir yesterday, and wondered WTH is wrong. Managed to fix it by running trackir in winxp3 compatibility mode. related?
  19. In BS I had this: AAX4 was better then AAX2 but I haven't noticed this in A-10.
  20. Yes, correct, a reason more, you can't just apply 1:1 the A2A evasion tactics.
  21. Will these signs ever work: ö, ä, ü
  22. When you're blessed with a nick like that..:)
  23. 3/9 line is good, but with sam's you can't always notch, since the missiles come from beneath, so you can't hide in the clutter. (only once the missile is above you, you can notch)
