Why do you feel that this genre is so bad? What do you find wrong with it?

That bothers me most. I have to change constantly between 2D and 3D cockpits, that ruins the imersion for me. The thoght of reinstalling AF crossed my mind these days, but now you remind me of this :disgust:

Good for you! I like to to change my weapons configuration according to the the mission task, even change waypoints if I find it better for the mission outcome. That is way there is a mission planner, right? The part with the invincibility or unlimited ammo, I take it as a bad joke..

Didn't played the campaign, but can't you just change your configuration for any mission before you start?

Thx Mower, I think his problem is with the analog ones though.

The frequencies of the preset channels are not shown when you change the channel. You have to know where you saved them (preset 1, preset 2..) Just make sure you set the radio to preset.

Nice mission, but I had also the problem that the choppers would just fly around without inserting? Didn't get the JTAC call so I had to RTB..

I find it ok, it's not so slow like the release version..

You can put them wherever you like. Just remember where, so you can find the right folder, when opening a mission. (In the game menu you can search each folder of your pc)

This is not about the yellow cursor, it's about the normal widows arrow that you get when you pan the view.. Or not? You can hide the yellow cursor by pressing Alt-C, (ev. hide it in a corner)

I hate also that cursor bug. It appeared somewhere around FC2. Before that it was normal.

Good post! I do think that 60 bucks it worth every penny, but as I don't see it fair to compare the price of DCS A-10C with the price of some worthless game (sorry I have to say it: COD), I find it also inappropriate to compare it with the price of different hardware. Darren: You are not buying a game.

We don't need a next DCS Module. :smilewink:
