  1. Ahh Ok, I was not really sure from your description No Problem! Have fun!
  2. How about you read the OP question again, then get back. Before you get unpolite, you should at least inform yourself about the topic. ;)
  3. You own also Track IR and can compare the two: You would say the quality is the same (smoothness)? Can you also use 6 DOF? It would be nice if there was a video on PS3EYE face tracking, to see the quality. Thanks
  4. No, it is something entirely different from TS. You can use it only to "talk" to AI: tower, JTAC, AI Wing, etc. It is a software where you can assign voice input for key commands. A profile would work like this: You assign saying "ready for remarks" to the input F1. Then when you say this in the sim the software will input the keystroke F1. And so on. EDIT: Also another tool you should keep your eyes on is TARS. This integrates TS3 with the DCS Radio. So when you actually choose the right frequency in DCS (e.g. wing) it will connect you to a specific channel in TS where your wing buddies are connected. There are also a lot of other cool features, you can read about it in the link.
  5. You can use a profile for VAC (software for voice activated commands): You can start reading about it for e.g. here: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=64155&page=2
  6. Sry to be the party pooper but 32. I'll change to 64 when I'll build the next system. I already acquired 64 (while I still can get it for free..)
  7. Outerra looks better IMO
  8. Yes, I do. Never heard of a bug like this, maybe you can describe precisely what you do, or post a track. Edit: Also first equip your A-10 only with AGM-65D's to exclude a selection problem.
  9. Depends on situation: If you have scattered targets, you can be sure you have the right target, by comparing the surrounding of where the target is. In a combat rich environment where you have more target close to each other, you can't be sure. More than that, the mav won't lock the target you chose in TGP, but the one that stands out for the seeker. To be sure that it is the right target, you can only get close enough for identification.
  10. No it is not correct. Make sure you equip and select the right Mav.
  11. It is! On your question: You can zoom on 2 ways + 1 I'll start with the +1: In DCS A-10 you have 6DOF: it means you can move the head forward and backward and you get closer to the hud The actual zooming you can do in 2 ways: -you can assign an axis on your track ir to zoom, so that when you move your head forward it starts zooming. -or just do the zooming with joystick buttons or axis. You must try and see what suits you best. I prefer the second method. Have fun with TrackIr you'll love it!
  12. I think we can exclude money from the list, Irony is "in" these days...could be Anyway, I like it when she tells us, what she needs..:D
  13. NOE as in Nuclear Overhauser Effect? - I'm a big fan of it too! ;) Welcome to the Forums!
  14. Natalie Portman talking dirty
  15. I don't understand how is this related with I said.
  16. This is not so well because you can't tell where "down" is (you only have a direction). You can still do it by comparing the TGP diamond on the TAD with the WP symbol to get to the position on the ground, but that will take more than 2 seconds and it's not precise.
  17. Just a joke - (You reminded me on how some behavior psychologist wanted to develop Pigeon-Guided Missiles) I have no reason to doubt or not to doubt the research project you described.
  18. Something like the PGM? :D
  19. WP are navigational points, they are not there for finding targets. There are multiple solutions to this. I find making markpoints via TAD practical because.. (TAD comes in color :D) After putting a markpoint above the WP (with TMS-right-short), you change AAP to MKpoints.
  20. Nothing special just the magic of night missions, everything looks better through NVG's ;) The 74th server is very nice, with good connection for Europe, I'll sure visit it again, in my restricted spare time.
  21. Your Win X64 must feel neglected when you "only" got 4 GB ;)
  22. Nice lightning paulrkiii! From the 74th VFS server
  23. This works in this forum because of the large percentage of open-minded users.
