I also have no more modules in Open Beta. I checked offline mode before, but now online mode is applied automatically. After a new Version update it tries to bind my modules but then I get an error 409 (or 408) and I cannot jump into the Cockpit of my modules. Only map is available. Please correct this.

I'm thinking about buying Normandy and WWII Asset bundle but I'm only single player. Right now I'm flying BOS which has a lot of user made campaigns, dynamic campaigns and a pretty ok AI (not perfect though). I have some questions: 1. Is there a decent AI implemented for WWII Aircraft using the different strengths of the different Aircraft for example, with different skill Levels. 2. can I hide in clouds from AI? 3. Is there a decent quick-mission Generator, or even a campaign Generator in addition to the DLC-campaigns?

Since I use VR I can't enter the JTAC coordinates quickly enough also not in active pause. If there are these coordinates (like LM123131232) in your campaign which I have to enter manually, can you provide a list so we can print it out?

Since I fly in VR, I can't enter the JTAC LM12345678 target coordinates quickly enough, before the text fades away, even in an active pause. Does the campaign work with easy coms on in 2.5? I have some problems with Piercing fury since 2.5.

I play with easy comunications and in the first mission I can't hear the nine-liner call for support. In the old version, this worked. Could you please fix it? I want to play your great campaign again too :)

How can I move the VR center position? Is it possible? When I move the seat position with alt shift and numpad keys, it will still flip back to the old VR center position, which is way too much in the front in the A10,

What is the best SP campaign for KA-50? The big Georgian Oil War seems to be a copy of an SU25 ground attack plane campaign. Does it work for the BS? For example there are waypoints and Targets way behind enemy lines in some Missions, that can't be done in a low flying helo, I would think. What is your experience with this and the other campaigns. Thanks for any coment.

I have extrem Long loading times and would perhalps buy a SSD-Drive. Now the question: does it affect Performance while in flight too? I have 16 GB Memory and 6GB video-Card.

Only in DCS 2.5 open Beta (not in the other VR-porgrams) I have the Problem, that the sensors stop working at least once (often twice) while loading before going into 3D-Cockpit. Then get into the message Screen of oculus, I have to Chose "my activity" with my oculus touch again and can then continue. Another thing which might have the same cause: when I start a second mission I lose the moving up/down left/right sideway movement. I made a new oculus-setup of the sensors, but DCS 2.5 is still broken. Any advice?

I even have a 1060 and runs ok as if you dont fly over towns :smilewink:

Can somebody of the testers (who has experience with both version) tell us, how the performance with all the new graphical features on the caucasus map is affected in comparison to 1.5.8. I would guess that it's a big hit in performance.

I only play Caucasus, so 2 questions: Is 1.5.8 better than 1.5.7 in performance? and Where do I get it and how do I install it?

Quadg: did you have the ghosting and stuttering when moving the head and now it's gone with your solution? And there are no fps hits when you use the new vsynch setting?

It must be something different. I can Play Instant Action A-10C Scenarios without serious stutters (it is definitily playable) with PD set to 1,8, shadows on, AntiAliasing 4, which gives a good Picture and readable MFDs (at least with zooming in) with Oculus Rift and a Geforce 1060 (6 Gig-Ram) and an AMD 8300 CPU. More Problems and stutters are in the stock campaign but I can Play it too. F15C makes no Problem at all because you fly very high, also through clouds.

Great, so I will buy it and support you People. I love flying with F-15C with VR now - it is really like going from Keyboard + Mouse to Joystick + TrackIR flying. How is it performance-wise? I hope not hundreds of A/C in the air so that I can't fly in VR anymore ? Will the campaign continue even when you're dead or should I better play each Mission seperately to avoid too much Repetition.

Very interested in the campaign, but... how hard is it? Are there many 1/2 vs. many SU27 or MIG29 situations, or is there a more prudent Mission design, like in RL the USAF wouldn't engage against overwhelming enemy I think.

Is there a way / mod / app to toggle VR zoom on and off with a button instead of having to hold down a button all the time? I have a logitech G940 and I can't programm the hold down onto a joystick button.

You wont believe it if you get into the pit in vr for the first time. You havent flown without VR before. Get it!
