  3. Can you just use one plane for the billboard_type, and should bano be used only? Cant seem to get it to work properly.

Getting these type of errors when trying to export model to EDM using EDM tools, I d/led the lastest EDM tools version and now I cannot export, how to I complete a clean install: Error: Parser error:[string "p={Call: DrawIndexedPrimitive(D3DPT_TRIANGLELIST,..."]:2: '<name>' expected near '0'..   5. Good news! Received permission to use/release Stillman and ExplosiveAids MRAP vehicles (from Arma 2) into DCS World. I will be working on the desert and green camo versions. Big thanks to both of them for their permission! Original Thread Post: HERE

  9. I agree, I was unaware many of the models were from other sources. I will be very selective of any models used from this site.
  10. Sabre, I do not have a license model, I am ok with anyone making modifications to the pack. I could release under a Creative Commons license if needed, but feel free to use, mod, and distribute as you like.

  12. All these are doable and depending on if they have a texture included pretty easy. I will check them all out when I get home tonight.
  13. Technical is finished, used model from another source, a 7.62 mm and 30mm version, need to change the vehicle color on one of them to assist with distinguishing the two.
  14. Tractor, easy will do. Also, I do have a camo netting but I need to modify alittle more before release. You can see it on Welcome to Suse Afghan Style Part 1 on my YouTube channel.
  15. I don't fly the P51, but adding actual working ground units I believe would increase interest. How bout some WWII type tanks, trucks?

  17. I am looking into a strobe light, but it might have to be a steady light due to the argument list. You can add smoke via triggers very easy due to this being a unit under SHIPs.

  19. Hey guys, Made a quick Life Raft Mod (with pilot) for Highwayman-Ed. Great for those CSAR sea missions. Feel free to mess with the textures for a better looking raft. The unit is moveable as a ship located under Ships > Life Raft. Changelog: -Two working red lights -Small tweak to boat texture -LOD set to 1km for lights to be visible Modman Version: (Version 2.0) Updated 3/16/2014 Download HERE
  20. NICE! Also the LOD levels are built into the objects to help with FPS, I have not seen a real big hit at all.
  21. Hescos, cones, signs all from free 3d models. Barbwire and restricted area wood sign post were modeled from Arma but re-textured and slight adjustments made to not infringe on copyright issues. I have asked many modders in Arma 2/3 for permission to use their mods for use in DCS, have not got many responses back yet.
  22. They are fortification units, can be saved as a TEMPLATE :)
