Just finished and again as always brilliant campaign... it finally encouraged me to start making video's in VR ... so be gentle but ...

i measure my performance very carefully as i am in VR any change to performance has a massive impact ... even as a little of 1 or 2ms per frame has a massive impact on VR performance. as i said if you have a problem record a track running a mission before in 2.8 and another in 2.9 so you they can compare and contrast...

if you think you have a bug... you need to add a track showing the bug... and this is no crowd of shrinking violets ... trust me there would be a fuss...

i get the feeling that English isn't your first language, so it's not entirely clear to me what you are saying or asking... but, i am not experiencing a 50fps drop... (if there were associated with missiles or anything else, there would be a huge thread of disgruntled users) so my guess is something else is going on that might be outside of DCS.

Delete fxo and metashaders see if that helps, and if not Roll back to your previous driver...

understood next time it happens i will save the track, in my case it took place about an 30mins into a mission ... so replicating it wasn't really an option

agreed, i got my Varjo Aero when it was on sale. and it was not "super cheap" but it was worth it

OpenXR1.1 is just really at the standards stage... it can take months or years for a standard to be adopted... both by headset vendors and software vendors... That said... I will likely only purchase a headset with a display port unless there is a significant change

No, i see as much here, without as much of the sarcastic dumpster fire that is hoggit, which maybe is why the community leads *seem* to be more prominent there … putting out the fires that get started …

I can't easily include a track for this as it was part way through a long mission. But I can include a video, In summary the AI F14 tries to refuel from the S3 tanker which after Refueling is complete then explodes... This was in Reflected's Fear the Bones Mission 11.

after dealing with the Mig23's i start back to my on station waypoint< about halfway back to waypoint 1 i get a BRA call and then just after that a call from me saying "I am on my way" or something like that and find a flight of mig21's going after the Hawkeye, i assume that what i missed was a call vectoring me to the mig's? I also assume that this is the normal scripting triggers is broken thing, but, its not clear if on station is WP1 or two or both ?

DCS updater does some of this however… I think it’s a solid idea. from a point of view of feedback, I would say for me the screens are a little too busy… I have dyslexia , and all those colours and boxes do not help me …

This *here* is the most understated bit of help anyone has written, especially for people transitioning backwards from the hornet, trim is important, yep, but DLC is how I was able to control my rate of decent without either going stupidly high, or low (the department of defence regrets...) but with DLC I can actually land on the boat...
