  1. Hallo! I'm arriving at wp-1, at 18000f, there is a message that I've arrived, but nothing happens, no options. I've seen recording that at that point JTAC should contact me, but there is radio silence.

  3. @firefox121 sure, but it requires another program to launch just to do that. Considering that I need to run SRS, JoystickGremlin, VirtualKneeboard, WaypointEditor/TheWay etc to play DCS I'm into minimizing amount of programs that are required to launch. "plugin" does just that, same functionality, within JG. Cheers! @ricktoberfest As silly as it sounds, there was no such function. I was searching for it for a long time, finally I did it myself when had time to jump into python scripting. Glad you like it.
  4. If anyone is interested AND using JoystickGremlin I've made with help of chatGPT a plugin for the program to center the mouse. I've tried many other ways of secondary programs (mousetoVjoy), powershell scripts, all failed. This one is working like a charm. You add a plugin from a tab with +, run with the gear, set a button.   6. MT for me is ONLY working when from steam I choose MT version and then choosing the VR headset in settings. It's a laugh a bit as even launching mt/dcs.exe does runs normal dcs.exe. It also screws up my controllers positions, so that's not very nice at all. Waiting for a fix. Hopefully not 2 weeks.

  8. Does anyone encounter the issue of controller being tilted wrong? When I run it through steam - it's correct. I replace it with OpenXR - and the "hands" are tilted in off angle. I don't see option to correct this in Toolkit. On top of that, I tested both SteamVR+OpenVR FSR vs OpenXR. Same server, same place. I get on OpenXR 20FPS. On SteamVR+OpenVR FSR -+ 40FPS. I tried turning on FRS through the toolkit, but I see little gain.
  9. Is there any keybind to paste coordinates of camera or from F10 map (or any other meaning) to the ME? Maybe there is hidden Bookmark Editor in ME that can paste same coords that you did in a game? My intention is to make a workflow from 3D of a game into 2D of ME as smooth as possible.
  10. Hallo! Could I request to have option of supersampling to have "undersampling"? My, and my fellas biggest issue is the performance of the drawing. I've notices that I had 1.5 in supersampling, lowered it to 1.0 and it got much better, so maybe 0.75 wouldn't create such a lag behind input and what i see on screen? And it would be still readable. I also don't know would it be possible to set this in steam vr (as custom vr resolution), but that sounds also like a solution. Other then that, It's very nice program. Not sure sometimes how it works, but I would have to dig deeper into it Best! Madog
  11. I've got weird issue that when my friend creates mission and runs on server - I have no radio menu. If I download the mission, and run it single player - it works. I must add, that I have no issues in any other servers, missions, or campains with radio. But in this specific case - it does not work. Plane does not matter. Changing slots does not work.
  12. same issue. AV-8B tutorial fire practive. Funny thing is that "spacebar" to progress what guy say is ok. Sometimes the spacebar to shoot is also ok, for 2-3 second, then stops working (bind in HOTAS for spacebar, but hitting spacebar on keyboard does not work either)
  13. I'm doing Harrier training mission about target designation and waypoints. There is a part when I use INS mode, and velocity vector to set up mark. It works. But then it tells me that I can use TDC to move that point around. Well... I can't. Thats one. Second one, just few moments before that, it tells about WOF button... that should do something with waypoints or offsets? But all it does it switches to A/G mode. Are those features working correctly? I'm doing this tut second time and I'm quite sure I didn't miss anything.

  15. I've got problem with VR SPYGLASS. I've assigned VR Spyglass to a button, and looked at the truck at the airfield while zoom. I see two images. So I grab slider, adjust to have normal image. I barely understand what slider does, but at some point again, I feel that I see right. Unzoom I can see double everything right now in non-VR SPYGLASS mode. QUESTION: Is it possible to set this up that every zoom level works properly? I've got Samsung Odyssey+

  19. 100% to that, that why I thought about CaptoGloves, but they are 500$... Also, with the improvement hand tracking, I think next generation of the headsets will just handtrack with forward faceing cameras. But this solution is also interesting. Very much thanks for a tip!
  20. I'd like to join the topic on hard-to-read problem I've got odyssey+ Warning panel and most warning lights are just unreadable. Before I actually looked at the screens on internet, I thought they were just green blobs that you have to be hardcore player to know what does it mean... MDF is also pain. All buttons 1-20 are hard to read even with the zoom function. I understand "realizm" but there should be option for "VR font mode" that can make it playable. It's just a screen, and I know it's capturing different thing then what I actually see, but idea is right there: it's just a blob.
  21. Are there any plans of VR controllers improvements in matter of interactions? I admit, that VTOL VR is best example of how flipping switches should look like. And I know, I know. Bigger, less precise etc. But lasering buttons is immersion breaking as hell.
  22. How Can I be sure that missaligment profile is loaded? Is there any way to open/check it? Maybe it's paranoja, but I kind of "feel" that it's not loaded, and I don't want to delete settings file everytime to make sure it's ok. edit: I did little bit of a investigation, and maybe I'll start pointing out another problem. As I also, like one other user more "felt" that this "copy to left eye" does something, I decided to somehow test it. And fell into another issue: VR ZOOM. I've assigned VR Zoom to a button, and looked at the truck at the airfield while zoom. I see two images. So I grab slider, adjust to have normal image. QUESTION: Is it possible to set this up that every zoom level (I think there are two, for cockpit and for "futher away") works properly?
  23. About those hours... No, I stand by my "opinion" are closer to facts. I was on several game dev events with VR lectures. Many of Devs did research and they did say even about 1h of comfortable gameplay in vr for most users (I think one of those who said that it was a director of this vr movie we with rabbit and ufo). That's why most of vr titles are rather quick games. But this is just side note.

If I will have an option to have physical stick with tracked hands - that's the nicest solution, but it costs me additional horas mounts and troublesome modifications of a chair (and change of current VR set, as only one has it right now). But if I would get just physical controllers that controls my hands and they act both as hands and joystick (with important feedback haptics), then this would be my easiest to setup pick with most of middle ground of immersion. This is what VTOL vr delivers flawlessly. I never said that VR joystick is better. I said that one unified system ( just controllers ) that lets you forget about other separate systems (horas + vr, horas+vr+controllers) is for me just better. I never claimed that I did science behind amount of hours spent, but I have few avarage Joe vr users, and they confirm that 2-3h is comfortable. Beyond that can be tiresome. You also have your opinion, and your friends. You can share your observations, and we migh come out with something. Nothing to do with science... Possibly you are right. But yet again, on my example and few others from my neighborhood went have similar issues: equipment and sheer amount of stuff necessary to start. I'm still not playing because I need those damn chair mounts.
  25. That's first reasonable argument. But yet again - not totally true. I play VTOL VR for 2-3 hours (more then that is just tiresome from the VR setup, and that is common to any VR title). My arms are laying on chair. I've got little problems. If you say that DCS requires more time then that, then most of the Youtubers lie. And if so - DCS won't be VR title ever (unless VR will get to the point of comfortable 3+ hours) About buttons - my Saitek X55 doesn have that much. So I presume, only very dedicated ppl can play DCS with top end hardware. Quick count for X55 is like 17 buttons. On my Odyssey Controller - 11. Like I said, it's about compromise. And getting new players. No everyone is pro full time dcs player. Being able to fly with virtual joystick would be awesome entry level. Because this is biggest problem for players now. And developer want more players. Then with progression of hands tracking, additional chair mounts and joystick could be for more pro players. That's it. PS. I also like your attitude "hey, wow I'm flying". I possibly do the same as I play Arma3 and all those peasents that are not playing Squad or Tarkow, or Arma, are below of my honor, as they are pleb to be discusted. I spit on those sunday drivers, as I'm the glory gamer of true mil-sims. We are like brothers now. F%$k noobs.
