I mean you seem to have some knowledge, but like every good sea-lawyer, it is just talk, and especially here where no one can see or check your credentials. Thanks Lxsapper...glad I am not crazy. Manual freq changes are easy, I would love to be able to just hit a preset...something like "Set Radio Channel One", or "Goto Button Two". @Hollywood...what do you think?

F40...am I correct in saying I cannot edit the effect that are built in but have to create all new if i wanted to set up the vibes differently? And re my last post....yes it should vibrate because of the force of the loaded turn banking with G's. It currently vibes on the side you or turning to instead of the opposite side which is the side which would be pushing.

Hey F40....suggestion/question... Have a Jetseat and your proggy and both are now as essential as a joystick to me. I was thinking that when banking left or right maybe the motors on the side opposite of the bank should vibrate as that is the side pushing against you. So, is there an easy way to change this for me without rebuilding all the effects? If I understand correctly...I can use ALl your effects, or I can create custom ones, but have to do them all...or am I wrong. If so can you provide some guidance? Or...do you think maybe this change would be one you agree with as a change request? thanks!

I simply cannot fly the Cat with out my jetseat now. Closest thing to "seat of pants" you can get without full motion. I pulled mine apart and embedded it into my custom seat in my pit. yes ground crew really needs to clean up the pit1

Not sure if anyone has seen this but it appears in air starts on a mp server my seat never fires up. Start from ground is perfect still. Also...is needing to reset the software after an ejection a known issue? Thanks

@Hollywood...thanks for the reply.... I have done that but see noting listed in profile for "action"...I do not see anything like 'airboss' or "kneeboard" which are in that menu...What am I missing? Thanks

NATOPS checklists are pretty awesome to. Not necessarily step 1, 2, 3 but its all there. that with Chucks guide and you are cooking with Jp-5

Hollywood, thanks for the reply. So i have done all that. Still I do not see anything related to the F10 menu in the profile anywhere. Unless am looking in the wrong place. Also I am not sure what voice commands i would need/use as i do not see any new ones added.

Greetings... Fully licensed on all modules. Quick question on F10 import to clarify. Scenario is... Multiplayer Server using Airboss. I am a bit fuzzy on how to get setup to interact with this. I know I can choose the import F10 menu in Pref. Once that is done software has a Yellow FINISH button in the audio section and is saying i need to copy the keyword into the profile. When i load the clipboard in to notes= and compare to the current keywords, there is no difference. Per the manual. i need to add them to the profile, but there is no difference from what exists. So, I do not think the F10 menu is imported. Do i just need to record keywords which match the airboss menus? and then save them? I did restart va and viacom after setting the import f10 option,. but dunno what else i may have missed Thanks in advance for the guidance. here is the startup log file showing loading F10 menu items... gotta say....more i play with this...more awesome it is revealed. Great software and worth the cash and more.

edit the profile...search "radio tune" in the box at bottom...double click the command, change "tune" to "set"

DISREGARD....i was able to change "radio tune" to "radio set" and have it recognized. One thing to note...i was trying to set freq 324.700. i was saying 3 2 4 decimal 7 0 0. the added 0 0 was causing the software to not recognize it. when i looked at the command in VA it became more obvious. Thanks for a great piece of software which i gladly paid for!

I am having the exact same issue and no matter what I do in the windows speech dictionary, for the word "tune" it is no help. I cannot see how to train the airio commands as you can the foundation commands in the app... any help is appreciated.

you should never get down that low on your fuel...if you plan properly...just sayin

Pop a bit of speed brake with bomb mode. Will give you a bit better speed control and a more narrow band of throttle setting for control. Trim it all up on the approach, get a feel for stable flight at same speed as tanker....remember that with your throttle hand and then in you go. I also find a small amount of negative trim where I need some back pressure, keeps me in good control. Then crane neck and set pod high and right in the center windscreen, or look right and fly off tanker using peripheral vision to mind the hose angle. Depending on which aircraft I am tanking on. When I know we are getting to end of orbit and turning soon I will crowd the tanker wing a bit to allow speed adjust drift until stable in the turn, then reset my distance on the pod.

My recommendation sir...buy a jetseat and you will feel more of what it is you are looking for.
