  1. Yes, but still something to be corrected by ED. S-8OFP2 showing in a Su-25 right now in my screen. Use Simmod A-10 modman packaged by Skypat.

  7. Switch off adaptive AA, or change AA to 2, 4, etc and try. Also try to switch off AI.

Have you ever wondered why, even when you thought you switched external views off or labels off, when you start hosting a mission, those are on? well here's the trick (it's kind of bizarre): -If you save a mission AND you have global options for all mission active (in game options -> "use these options for all missions"), the mp mission will use global gameplay options (from your computer, or whoevers computer is hosting it), EVEN if you setup options from the editor, those will get ticked in the editor but won't mean anything. Master options will be global gameplay options of the computer is hosting the mission. -If you save a mission AND you don't have global options for all mission active, the mp mission will use gamplay options selected from the editor. IF you don't select any from the editor while you make the mission, it will take global options from YOUR computer, but those will be locked if you handle the mission to a friend, even if he has global options active. Master options will be hardcoded into the .miz file (check "options" file inside the mission file). To understand it better, open a mission file (.miz, use winzip for example), view "options" file and search for setglobal=true/false. If somebody gives you a locked mission (setglobal=false) and you can't change some of it's options (for example, labels), just open in your mission editor and: -if you use global options for all mission, just re-save it (setglobal will be changed to true) -if you don't use global options for all mission, just set options from the editor and re-save it (setglobal will continue being false, but hardcoded options in .miz/options will change) PD: this is applicable to gameplay options and two system options, scenes and civ traffic. All others are independent from the mission (textures, water, visible range, etc.)

  10. I got timeouts (very few really) only in servers that are beta testing Servman mod (server management through chat console mod), so this is perhaps just part of any beta.
  11. lockon.co.uk website has been very recently upgraded, perhaps you experience is with the older one. You don't even need to be logged to download games or patches, just for buying. Try it.
  12. You have the buy it in the e-shop, then you'll be sent an email with the serial :) Watch out, there are two versions, russian and english! serials are only for one version or other, not for both.

  17. With Su-25T, F1 payload from communications menu is wrong. Text says Kh-58, 4 Kh25mpu, 2 S-25l and ecm pods, but when you select that instead of Kh-58 you're reloaded with 6 Kh25mpu. Also checked in rearm.lua it's 6 kh-25 (either communication text or the payload in itselft)
  18. Check the filesnames are exactly, windows rename them if there is some duplicate (for example setup-1(2).bin). If this is not the case, re-download again using the official torrent, it corrects download errors on the fly. Also, don't install FC2 in the same place as LOFC1.
  19. You're lucky with 50ms ping to 104th server. I have 200 there but with FC2 optimized multiplayer code I don't see almost any warp. The real problem is if the mission have a lot of ia concentration (like a lot of AA in the same area), then you're gonna see warps even with 10ms or peoplewith 400+ ping, those are gonna make the whole server lag.
  20. If you don't have the "use those options for all missions" checked in options, it might happen, I'm not sure. If you check inside .miz files you can see an options file with graphics settings and if setglobals=off (only happen when you save the mission in the editor with the global options unchecked, some kind of editor mission locking) then it takes into account options in .miz file. Not sure 100%.
  21. I'm testing it and if you put the 20px down it shows only 2 lines of text. Perhaps we should increase both lines with a 60 to 80? [yep it does the trick]

  23. The compatibility patch for DCS:Ka-50? I think they were testing it this week, but I guess we'll have it next week.

  25. It says it is the same version as the other you linked me before, 1.01 from 29/03/2010 according to Modman. Anyway I've replaced it. BTW, link on first page (announcement post) don't work.
