Wich is the launcher error? screenshot would be nice. Is LockOn Flaming Cliffs 2\Training\LOP\en full of folders with videos and some .lua files? When you go to training from the main menu, do you see the training listed with descriptions? Do you have FC2 installed in Vista or W7 in /program files ? if so, disable UAC and re-run the training videos installers as an admin (right click and "run as an administrator). /program files folder has lots of security features and should be avoided when installing some games and programs.

Training videos (not missions) are for russian or english version. Wich FC2 version do you have and wich training pack have you downloaded? ru or en?

I think this minor bug has already been posted. Anyway, alt-tab to windows desktop, click ok and again hit alt-tab to return to the game. No need of control+alt+del.

Thanks! Are the Maverick in those Apache in the wrong place? if they are perhaps do you use A-10 simmod? try to use Skypat's package. There is another modman package for A-10 that has problems with helicopter rocket pylons disappearing and perhaps you downloaded that one.

You can try the latest trick, open /config/graphics.cfg and change the value of maxfps=0 to maxfps=90 (I have at 60 and never have any crash).

Having at 60 sometimes resolves problems with textures shimmering/flickering in some systems. Have you tried at maxfps=60? (same as the typical vertical screen refresh) Anyway I've never had any problem because right after installing it modified that parameter, like in DCS:Ka-50 did.

Oh well, I always had that setting limited, also in Ka-50. Right now at 60, the same as my screen vertical refresh, and never had the ctd.

I mean, if you have Vista or W7 don't install FC2 in "/program files" folder, it has some security features that are no friends ofmany games and programs. Neither install it over LO or LO:FC1, just use another folder.

Wich graphics card do you use? Anyway, if you're on Vista or W7, install outside /program files and run setup.exe as an administrator.

For me those works ok. Can't comment on trim mapped as an axis. Might be a problem on your keyboard language or something. Anyway, you can change keys and invert axis in options->controls.

FC2 should run faster than BS in most of the situations.

lol Look, you're not messing anything here. Almost every game in the market will install dx9 in Vista o W7. Programs using DX10 or 11 will continuing using them, and those that need dx9 will work. Also, people, don't install in /program files while in Vista or W7! many games and programs won't work well installed there because tight security features.

Set textures high. Also crank up quality settings in graphics card drivers.

Wich unit is that one? mines have the AK but are stand up (russian paratrooper AKS, both as an active unit or a static object, same with paratrooper rpg-16). EDIT: ok I've setup a target and now are on their knees and shooting, and AK are correctly shown. Uninstall mods and try again. (I use latest Gys F15, simmod A-10 package by skypat 1.1 and Su-27, all separated mods not the 3 in 1 package).

I guess that patching a game that has to be compatible with another game just released with it batch of minor known bugs is like doing a bugged patch in purpose, thinking that both will need another patch soon! I really hope this all ends well :D

Simulator.exe works when you enter the cockpit. Launcher.exe works when you're in the UI.

Thanks! I guess what's gonna happen when DCS:Ka-50 players with their Simmod A-10 mod join a server with LOFC2 players with this mod. I suppose there are minor differences between them. Would be nice to make a mod compatible for both games (perhaps the 6DoF mod should stay off it then).

Yes, but still something to be corrected by ED. S-8OFP2 showing in a Su-25 right now in my screen. Use Simmod A-10 modman packaged by Skypat.
