  1. Where's Superman? Awesome guys! PD: Superman appeared!
  2. We want producer notes!
  3. If it makes dynamic campaign for multiplayer I'd say yes, but if it is like now (campaigns are just for single player) I wouldn't collaborate. Anyway, I think Yoda was thinking about doing a dynamic campaign for DCS/FC2.
  4. If you're in Windows Vista or 7 avoid at all costs /program files folder and if you can, even the whole C: unit and install it in another partition or drive. BTW, don't install FC2 over Lockon or Lockon: Flamming Cliffs, use another folder.
  5. Dx9 and Dx10/11 are different, you can have both installed. So, when the installation asks to install Dx9 press yes. You won't delete Dx10/11.
  6. I think you can set up more radars for the patriot site.
  7. Are there many differences between Modman 7.2.0.0 and 7.1.1.0 with the FC2 compatibility trick (a change in modman.ini I think)?
  8. I've tested the .zip you linked and it works very well. Thanks very good job! PD: the turbines are static, don't spin, I guess that's ok or should them spin?
  9. I guess the new F-15 version for Modman 7.1.1.0 with that modman.ini modification works for the new Modman 7.2.0.0 (already compatible with FC2 without any any change).
  10. Ok, that .zip file you linked is a bit different than the one at: http://www.lockonfiles.com/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewdownloaddetails&cid=267&lid=1702&ttitle=F-15C_Eagle_Model_for_FC_2_Modman7#dldetails Also it says it is modman compatible but it lacks cfg.lma file. BTW, I suppose it's compatible with modman for DCS:Ka-50 right?
  11. So, is the F-15 for FC2 not modman 7.2.0.0 compatible yet? in Lockonfiles it says it is o_O
  12. Well, in many mission I don't like when pilots choose other payload than the default the mission designer edited in the mission, for example if I design an specific mission for Su-25 to attack with rockets and pilots choose another way of doing this. But I can see in other missions (like those global missions for permanent servers) where the briefing is broad, there are different tasks, etc.
  13. Any Modman 7.2.0.0 package?
  14. Should we uninstall all mods and modman 7.1.1.0 before installing this one?
  15. Payload, ultimatelly, should be the choice from who made the mission. I would really leave it as FC/DCS is by default, maybe just enforcing an integrity check serverside. If we allowe free choice this could be a mess, everybody demanding payloads, dozens of different lua files, etc. In DCS:Ka-50 it is not a problem because with 4 pylons you don't have many combinations, but in FC you could really have lots of them, but I think ED default ones are more than enough for specific roles/task. If one wants to be multirole/multitask for an specific mission, perhaps we're doing something wrong.
  16. The only folder checked by default from the server is /config/weapons. If any server wants to enforce other folders integrity check it needs to edit /config/network.cfg file and search for the line: integrity_check = {"Config/Weapons"}, Don't know exactly how to add more folders.
  17. I really hope it's enforced server side.
  18. Perhaps you need to tweak graphics thourgh driver options (ati or nvidia). Even if you set in-game options to high, if driver options are not set to high, you'll get poor quality.
  19. Payload window -> new -> right click on each pylon to select weapon of choice -> profit! Or perhaps you mean another thing?
  20. Is there any way of having F-10 map without any icon (not enemies, not allies and not my own aircraft) at the same time of having externals off? At this moment, both FC2 and DCS:Ka-50 allows F-10 map and externals off but you need, minimum, to click the option of seeing you'r own aircraft. But I want just a map, like a paper map (no icons). Any server side mod?
  21. OK I'm a dumbass, sorry guys, I totally screwed the thread, sorry Sniffer my memory slipped at this  You can't have externals off and use F-10 map with no icons. To have externals off and F-10 map at least you need to see you'r aircraft icon in the map (GPS mode). Same with DCS:Ka-50. Now the choice is really hard. I don't like externals at all, and the GPS F-10 map mehhh, but better than no map at all. I opened a thread in general discussion about this: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=865482#post865482
  22. Oh btw, before trying XP, go to Vista. Some ppl fixed flicker problems in W7 by going back to Vista. I have the same perfomance boost from Vista than from W7 btw (Vista is very good with service packs).
  23. Strange hardware you have. Nobody looses activations by changing video drivers.
  24. Options -> gameplay -> F10 view options: allies or all. It's in the pdf GUI manual, around page 25.
  25. Look at the filenames... setup.exe setup-1(2).bin (the 2 means duplicated, what did you do here?) setup-1.bin.part (the part means has not finished downloading) And it has to be: setup.exe setup-1.bin setup-2.bin If you don't delete the ones you have now, the new ones may appear with the "(2)" attached, meaning they will be duplicated, and the installer won't work, so delete the files you downloaded before download the torrent. So, please, really, delete all this and download just the torrent.
