Hi All, I just got a set of Thrustmaster MFD's which are really nice. I hooked up a 19" monitor alongside my 30" dell but didnt really like the setup that much. Does anyone here know where I can buy 8" LCD's that would work and fit behind the MFD's? I will take the LCD's out of their cases and build an exclosure for them.. thanks Myth

i guess the reason why they don’t allow save is more about realism and to stop people just saving near the hard points, if they fail reloading. IMHO this is a study sim and should be treated as such, real pilots don’t get a save button out on a real sortie so why should we. I also think not having a save function will increase the longevity of the sim and missions also giving you a better sense of achievement when you've completed a mission after a couple of hours in the chair. I am as guilty as most when playing other games that have a save function “save here and if i die i can restart really quickly”. In the end it reduces the longevity of the game If i need to leave the KB when flying a mission I just hit pause and leave the machine on until i return. if a sortie goes out and does not achieve the right result then it is entirely possible that the sortie will be done again to achieve the goal thanks Mithandra

Excellent work! but wouldn't you still have to check the button visually to see what state its in before pressing it and also after to make sure you pressed it? Personally if this was just for the 2 MFD's that would be fantastic, i can see a market for that but with MFD's that update in RT. I was considering the TH MFD's but havent gone down that route as I want a screen in the middle. This is my personal view though, great work though :) Thanks Myth

when you say doest load does it jsut have white screen? if so this is normal,on first run it could take up to 15 mins depending on your system specs to load. Cheers Myth

use TMS aft to ground stabalise the seeker

so in essense from what you have said target doesnt download a program to the HOTAS but traslates what is already there to something else using the target software? so if i run the BS profile and then close target and then launch A10 my A10 systems will be what i had originally? thanks Myth

Hi All, I have managed to get hold of a TH Warthog profile for Black Shark. I am currently splitting my time between the two sims and was wondering before i install the BS profile (i guess using target) how can i backup my default settings that work perfectly within A10? Or do you just tell Target to reset to default? thanks Mithandra

i think there should be an option in game were you see the label but the text either doesn't show what it is or is missing so you just have a red dot. This makes things a little more interesting for the pilot as he knows there are targets over there but not which kind. thanks Mithandra

Hi again The SOI was the MAV screen I had already set the SPI via the TGP and was trying to gain a autolock lock with the mav but this didn't work so i TMS forward and nothing happened. I understand that weather is a contributing factor but what if you have only one mav left and you are tasked to take out a bunker? From the manual If i understand this correctly this tells me that if i cannot get a lock i can manually lock with TMS Forward? cheers Mithandtra

hi all, I was doing a mission last night and had a SAM site in my TGP point locked. I had a AMG-65H selected and could not for the life of me obtain a lock. I then tried the mission with a AGM-65D and was able to get a lock straight away. I read in the manual that even if you dont get a auto lock where to seeker jumps to the target you could actually lock the seeker with TMS aft, is this correct? Does anyone know why i was not able to get lock with a AGM-65H? Thanks Mithandra
