I bought the WH about a month ago and don't have issues what so ever with it, if the aircraft starts to pull one way i normally use the trim which i have setup on my hat on the stick. Lovely bit of kit though the WH stick is so so responsive, just a hairs movement is all that is needed. I owned a Cougar HOTAS before and there was a little bit of play in the stick center which has gone in the WH I would definatly recommend one. thanks Mithandra

a few months sounds resonable to me mate - i also live in the UK. are you considering getting this printed? as I dont think a colour laser would be as good a quality? Definatly in colour mate thanks mithandra

Hi Guys and Gals, I was wondering if we could ask ED (by the power of the people) if they would be willing to get a printed manual done A5 leather bound (like the one for Lock-On that was done by another company which i bought) I would be willing to spot the cash for something that I could take with me anywhere and learn from without having to have a PC. I know you can print off the PDF but personally I would like something a little better. Who would be willing to pay the price for a printed A5 copy of the manual? thanks Mithandra

upgraded to lastest patch after I got back from parents house for xmas, fantastic job guys, loading 4 secs, option 4 secs. Taking off in the take off and landing tutorial and using TIR, looking right just after lift off with every setting maxed used to stutter just a little now its perfect :) Unalbe to login to MP though, saying Invalid login/password, only post i can find is from another forum from 2003. are you running beta 4? if so the beta 4 thread that was posted states that you could wait up to 15 mins to the textures to build thanks Mithandra

Hi Guys and Gals, Just a quick question about the Maverick slew. In the video tutorial from ED it tells you to set the slew to 5 if i remember correctly, what does this value actually mean, is this the speed at which the reticle moves or is it the start position of the reticle or something else. thanks Mithandra

i am also enjoying this sim, bought a warthog and sold my cougar on ebay :) best thing i have ever done, the precision with the warthog is second to none imho. Just need to upgrade from TIR4 to TIR5 :) Mithandra

just open the dsms and click the respective OSB button to select the LLU munitions. Then launch as normal, if you are too high then you wont see much illumination, As stated before use F6 to snap the view to the LLU Mithandra

My mission has the following: 1. Takeoff from Runway 2. Loadout included LLU from the list of defaults. 3. Mission start time was at 0200hrs (which is dark :) ) Ill post a qyuuck mission tonight when i get home if you want one just to test. thanks mithandra

Hi Guys, I wanted to create a mission to see what the Nevada is like but in the editor clicking new i can only see one map at the top. I have checked the DCS site and dont see any reference to the Nevada map for download, am i missing something? thanks Mithandra

I am using a core i7 920 D0 and also a GTX 480 - i dont have any issues with heat mate and have never had the game crash becuase of heat. thanks mithandra

the first link for me opens in winrar with 2 files in it mission and options the second link is a zip and works perfectly thanks

same here 60 to 90 in flight combat might drop to 30 Video card is a GTX 480 2560 x 1600 here

Hi Guys A mate and I were doing a MP mission the other night when he gor shot down, returning to the breifing room he entered a new aircraft again. He wound when running through the startup routine that when spinning up the APU with APU start that the RPM dial would not no to 100 as per normal but stuck on about 60 I too have also experienced parts of the startup when entering a MP mission where I was unable to start the engines for no fault of my own. I was wondering has anyone else experiences anything other issues or even those explained above. thanks Mithandra
