This sounds strange. I got 3 USB monitors and they working as charm for A-10, Ka-50 and Helios.

@LynxDK Another questions 1. Is it possible to use encoders with basic DIY box? As far as I remember from my Mjoy16 - there is the need in some software implementation in microcode for proper translation of encoders' signal to "button" pulses. 2. Is there possibility to extend announced 20 buttons to some bigger amount in one box? Mjoy16 has 64 buttons, 16 toggle switches, 4 encoders and 8 axis, back in 2008. I'm asking because it seems CUB is quite awesome platform for further upgrades.

Thanx for reply. I mean make upper panel with switches - detachable with possibility to attach own panel using generic port, without chiming with box wiring. I.E. main box body will stay intact, but user will be able to change panels with different layouts.

Good point regarding encoders. BTW: - if there is possibility to add additional multy-channel connector (like LPT port) between main box and upper-panel - this will allow people to make own panels with different layouts, and easily connect panel to box.

Yep, more or less. Will you notice it or not - depends on many factors like your personal perception, FPS, system load, flying altitude, scenery and so on. It's quite visible for me flying Ka-50 on few meters high and looking sideways. Try search forums for "stuttering", there a lot of opinions. From my experience - SSD doesn't affect this.

Ну слово со страницы это понятно. А вот в F-19 я всегда был уверен что это проверка знаний и определение достоин ты играть или нет. И очень был горд собой, что угадывал в 9 случаях из 10-ти, а потом и 10/10. А в 30+ лет оказалось что это защита от копирования. %)

Вот шутки-шутками, а это была защита от копирования. Лично я это узнал только с глубоких двухтысячных.

ИМХО - все что нужно чтобы все стали счасливы - сделать дополнительный режим внешней камеры, расположеной на высоте ~1.7м от земли, с центром вращения отвязанным от самолета. И все счасливы. Есть подозрение, что это можно реализовать даже сейчас правкой конфигов. Но это только подозрение.

Хорошая, но если сделать это обязательным условием - на десятый раз станет скучно, на 20-й захочется выключить, на 50-й - убить того кто это придумал.

Yea, guys, I do understand that Low settings are not only because of the Oculus, but because of the rig, CPU\GPU and engine limitation. But still. DCS is the only reason for me to wait for VR, and seems like I should wait for another year for Acer VR, engine update (if happen) and THIS is why it's so sad. I saw Il-2 in anaglyph and indeed immersion is stunning even in red-blue. Until the moment when you realize that you can't read instruments. Sorry for offtop.
