My pleasure, I'm glad to help improving this awesome simulator.

Hi guys, first sorry if this issue has been reported already. After the last update, the M-61 Vulcan sounds like a revolver cannon (same sound of the Mirrage and Russian fighters) inside the cockpit. The external sounds normal at least. I'm not using the HEAR LIKE IN HELMET option. Thanks GriffonBR

F-5FM Brazilian Air Force accident.
GriffonBR replied to ThorBrasil's topic in Military and Aviation
Some pictures that my friend sent to me today. At least now we have more spare parts. lol It's hard to maintain these aircrafts nowadays, the whole cell even modernized can't hold the pressure anymore. The mechanics do a expecional job, but they can't do miracles all the time. -
Well, at least here in Brazil, our Tigers were capable to carry more than two AAM, even before the current modernized version with modern avionics including the FIAR Grifo-F and other stuff. But for me, no problems with the default load, I was testing the Sidewinder that will be available for the F-5E in game with the F-15 and I managed to score 3 kills, it's not soooo good as the 9M but if you use it correctly you can hit some stuff.

A short but awesome 360º video inside one F-5EM Tiger II cockpit from Brazilian Air Force:thumbup: https://www.facebook.com/rafael.chevitarese/videos/982256718554590/?autoplay_reason=gatekeeper&video_container_type=1&video_creator_product_type=7&app_id=173847642670370

Hi Gregory and Razbam team. I am the guy that provide you the contact of my great friend and major of Brazilian Air Force that answered some questions about the Tucano for you. It would be a great pleasure to participate of this test and also I can work with him to bring as many information as I can about the Tucano to build this module close to the real aircraft. You guys can count on me for this one.

Hydrox, you rock! I was looking for this manual to use as a kneeboard. Thank you so much:thumbup:

Is there any possibilities for Razbam devs to put more toggle options for the radar inputs like BALAYAGE, LIGNES and other inputs that requires 2 or more keys? I'm running out buttons on my Thrustmaster MDF's and HOTAS Warthog, even using the pinkie button as MODIFIER. I think not only me but a lot of other guys would apreciate more toggle options for the next patches. It doesn't kill the simulation like some guys said (and gave me some bad rep) on another topic when I just simply asked about the possibility for some toggles for DCS Mig-21. I just think that makes the sim even more enjoyable since we can make options for the people who have money and knowledge to build home cockpits and for the guys (the great majority) that just have a monitor and a joystick.

New Thrustmaster gear coming soon
GriffonBR replied to gillers's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
Looks very plastic, even with the "OMG industrial-grade aluminum" I'm not sold that they are made with a good set of materials. Guess that the guy from the review didn't had the chance to try a VKB TRudder or a that other one that looks like the rudder from a X-Wing and that I don't remember the name rigth now but it's awesome anyway. Also, for 89$ we can't expect a pedal with any kind of hall sensor, problably some kind of Ching Chang Chong pot that soon will have to be replaced. I will keep with my moded CH Pro Pedals with halls on the three axis, thanks Thustsmaster. -
New Thrustmaster gear coming soon
GriffonBR replied to gillers's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
It would be great if they follow the same path of the steering wheels with interchangeable grips from different aircrafts, using the same base like they do with the racing simulation line. Also, a good throttle with rotaries for radar and antenna elevation using hall sensors instead of bad quality pots. Well, let's wait and see!:joystick: -
I want to go to Las Vegas And I want Nevada Just in case:music_whistling:

A long wait, a long time downloading but was it worth it ???
GriffonBR replied to Mizzy's topic in DCS World 1.x (read only)
Every masterpiece takes time to be created and this is what happened with the DCS Nevada Map. It was a long time waiting, but at the end (well, not the end, it's the beginning of the Alpha:lol:) you guys did a superb job. Thanks for all the days and nights of hard work Eagle Dynamics, the Nevada map rocks! Now unfortunately I have a lot of extra work to do, so no joy today! -
+1 for G930 the sound and range of the wireless are great! The Track Clip Pro fits perfect, without any modification. Also, the G keys are very useful on DCS World, at least for me. I set one for HMD on Russian aircrafts and one for issue the order Attack my Target.

[REPORTED]Stutter/Frame Drops when moving Camera
GriffonBR replied to Verdi's topic in Game Performance Bugs
I'll try this too, I've set civilian traffic to low cause I love to shoot vehicles on the road when I see them.:megalol: -
[REPORTED]Stutter/Frame Drops when moving Camera
GriffonBR replied to Verdi's topic in Game Performance Bugs
I noticed something like it. On the cockpit view I have constant 60FPS, it's truly amazing how DCS 1.5 run smoothly on cockpit view now, but if I press F2, the FPS drops to 45/35 FPS. My rig: Core I7 4790 + GTX 970G1 + 8GB RAM + Sandisk SSD 240GB just for games and Windows 10. Apart from that, I really loved the new features. It's a whole new simulator. -

Steam Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and Steam Specific Issues
GriffonBR replied to ShaZe88's topic in Steam Support
Yes, that sucks a lot. I was waiting a sale on Steam to get the Mig 15 but even on sale on DCS Website there's no chance to buy it with the dollar costing almost R$ 4,00 ahead the Real. Come on ED, throw a bone on Steam for us from the third world lol. -
I got a track this time but the problem happened with another AI plane. I was just testing some setups with my MFD Cougar when the An26 starts to falling from the sky the same way of the AI Mustang that I mentioned in the first post. http://www.filedropper.com/crazyan26

I solved my problems few months ago. Got a pair of Thrustmaster MFDs and now I have most of the main Mig 21 weapons switches set on it. I don't have patience to figure out how to use TARGET to set lots of profiles etc, etc. I just hope that Leatherneck follow the same way of Belsimtek for the next modules, giving the both options like in the Mig-15. Not everybody have the ($)knowledge($) to build a full cockpit or a button box full of lights and possibilities. But anyway, thanks for the help mate.

Thustmaster HOTAS Warthog base + Cougar grip
GriffonBR replied to GriffonBR's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
Thanks Thermal, now I just need my TUSBA to arrive. The throttle it's not brand new but it's in shape externally I don't know inside because I need the TUSBA to see if it's okay with the pots and buttons but I think it's all right. Thanks for the info. -
Thustmaster HOTAS Warthog base + Cougar grip
GriffonBR replied to GriffonBR's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
Thanks mate. So I guess it's a big deal. -
Hi fellas I bought one Thrustmaster Cougar TQS and ordered a TUSBA cause I'm tired to fly with my CH Pro Throttle with no rotaries and I've already have the Thrustmaster Warthog stick and the guy that I bought the TQS want me to sell the Cougar stick for a great price ($100 in brazilian reais, a bargain) but I can't find enough information about compatible with the Warthog base. They are full compatible or I'm going to miss some function? It would be great to have a spare grip for a eventually problem. Do you think it's a big deal? Thanks for the help:thumbup:
