Thrustmaster TPR versus Slaw Device RX Viper V2
GriffonBR replied to gholi's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
Well, I jumped from the VKB Mk3 to the TPR and felt that my abilities to control the planes and helicopters improved a lot. The only thing that I can't make it work right it's the same amount of pressure on both toe brakes, sometimes I apply more input on the right or in the left brake, but it's manageable and since the VKB olny had virtual toe brakes I need to get used to it. It's big and heavier and some parts look real solid but of course the Slaws are way better, but I think that you need to mount them on the floor right? The initial adjustments that you have to do it's really a PITA but once you find the right position for the pedals and for the springs you just leave it there and it's over. It's not the BEST PEDALS OF ALL TIME, but if you don't like to wait for custom stuff it's the best set on the market right now. By Tapatalk + Samsung S9 -
And here is my custom VIRPIL base mount made by Foxx. Worth 100% the wait! Highly recommend it. Foxx did an amazing job for me. Now I can easily switch from center to side stick with no sweat. By Tapatalk + Samsung S9

The only tankes and civil vessels that you'll be able to destroy with the AGM-84 are those that are in the russian ship section in Full Mission Builder. I've place two of them on the middle of the channel and the 84's found one of them with the exaclty same settings that Wags put in his video.

missing info F-5E Turn Performance and Drag Model
GriffonBR replied to Viking22's topic in Bugs and Problems
Some years ago(Agu 2016) my friend that is a active brazilian F-5EM pilot got in contact with Alexander Pidchenko, that time Alexander was looking for some info about the maximum angular velocity of the rotation limiter of the aileron and also for some RL pilots to test the BS Tiger FM. My friend did the tests right in front of me and passed all the info to this guy. I don't know if it was implemented in the sim. I'll get more details about the AUTO flap switch with him soon and when I get the info I'll put it here for you guys. ****Edit**** Leave the flaps in AUTO position during all the stages of the flight including DFG. He told me now that the early models of the F-5(before 1978) have a mode for maneuvers and in theory the 78 models you can leave in AUTO mode all the time. Hope it helps you guys a bit. -
Anyone play at 3440x1440?
GriffonBR replied to CybrSlydr's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
Well, unfortunately this happen with me too playing at 1080p. I lock the FPS to 62 frames with MSI RT but on the ground doing a ramp start I get 35/40/50 FPS most of the time. #justdcsthings[emoji849] By Tapatalk + Samsung S9 -

Well I was about to create a new topic but I'll hook with my question right here:smilewink: I would like to know from you guys if a RTX 2070 could hold DCS World in 4k@60FPS most of the time. I have a solid setup but I'm tired of my FHD Benq xl2720z and the QHD monitors are gettin harder to find and the ones that are available are more expensive than the 4k models with FreeSync/GSync. My other hard specs are in my sig. Thanks guys! -
I've choose the Foxx Mount because is the only guy that could make a custom mount for my current gaming desk. I already have for my throttle the Monsterch chair mount (also good, but expensive) and I choosed the Foxx mount to change my unconfortable Wheel Stand Pro setup (I'm tired to pull and push this monster under the desk) I'm currently waiting for my T-50 base mount, he even made a drawing for me to see how it will fit on the desk.

I recived my TPR unit today, and after it assembled, I just plugged in the USB and tried the Mustang, no TM software, no callibration, I went straith to the Batumi Takeoff mission and everthing was perfect (just had to set the correct axis for the brakes and rudder). Remove everthing that you installed and try one more time man.

Hi, Olsen Got my chair mount today and after everything set in my chair I noticed this after I placed the Warthog throttle. Is this space between the pole and the plate holder normal? Thanks By Tapatalk + Samsung S9 -

Must work in the current Hornet. At the first day of the EA I had to map my two Cougars one by one.

What happens to the Thrustmaster F-18 stick ?
GriffonBR replied to Razorback's topic in Thrustmaster
If this really is the value, it is as I feared, more expensive than the line of racing steering wheels.:( -
OH-58 :worthy:

No, for sure. We don't even have the TPG (I know its coming soon) and Air to Ground mode for the radar, the F-16 will be another early access bird for the count, so you only have to purchase it if you really have this cleared in your mind.

What happens to the Thrustmaster F-18 stick ?
GriffonBR replied to Razorback's topic in Thrustmaster
The guy on facebook says that the grip is already for pre order on taobao (chinese site) and cost about $250, the Thrustmaster racing line wheels cost about $150:( Must be in production (large scale) and since almost every eletronic is Made in China we must wait until the real sign from Thrustmaster, but it's good, now we know that's not a "vapor hardware"! -
