  1. Great, I started the Blue Nose one again but I guess I didn't pay that much attention to what the bombers were doing. I was too busy chasing fighters :-)
  2. Great idea to "neuter" some of the bombers do to their flawless markmanship. Any chance that will get added to your other campaigns that use bomber formations?
  3. I fired it up this morning and just tried a couple of the free flight instant action missions with the F-14. I was pretty much staying locked at 45 running 9900K, 2080ti with a Vivepro at 1.5PD I only spent about 20 minutes so I didin't go many places but in general I like the map
  4. I think you could get away with a little artistic license in that  Especially for a module that hasn't appeared yet and who knows when it would be in a condition to be usable in a polished campaign like yours. Of course you may have more of an inside line on the A's development effort. Just a fan of your work and would like to see it out there. Another project you might consider would be one based on "Viper Pilot" by Dan Hampton
  5. I just used the Jester menu to put flare control to the pilot (CM/Flare Mode/Pilot) Then selected a chaff program (CM/Chaff Program/Program Choice) made preferred method Chaff program (CM/Chaff Mode/CHaff Program) and then checked in (CM/Checkin/Auto C, Man F) I am not certain if Jester is punching out the chaffs or the RWR is controlling it but it is a good start
  6. Never mind. I figured it out. Thanks anyways :-)
  7. HI, I seem to be a little confused. I am trying to get Jester to handle the chaff and I will handle the Flares. I go to Jester/CM/fence in and set Chaff to auto but Jester. I then set flares to pilot control. After this Jester doesn't seem to do anything. Is there something I am doing wrong. Any help is appreciated. Kind Regards, Brett
  8. Just wanted to stop by and say I just finished up your campaign collection. Each one was a joy to participate in. I liked how they were just immersive enough, and really allowed you the freedom to engage as needed without the need to cross off every checkbox. The massive furballs were a blast. Attacking bomber formations in the in the BF-109 is pure terror (I usually chickened out and took on the escorts). Keep up the good work!
  9. Just received them today and so far very pleased!
  10. Thanks Griffon! I watched froogles video. I believe he was off a bit when he said that they were 20" tall. Had to double check with the TM website drawings and cofirm. Otherwise they were not going to fit in the space I have for them. Looks to be about 14" tall....355mm
  11. Does anyone know the difference between the TPR pedals "Worldwide version" vs the "normal" one?
  12. Thanks guys...lesson learned. I didn't expect to get them for the miles that were spent but thought it seemed right to get them for the part I used cash on. No big deal. Will keep that in mind for next time I use miles
  13. Good Afternoon, I recently purchased the JF-17 during the current sale for $64.99. I used 20300 Miles I had accumulated as well which brought the cost down to $44.69 which I paid for with cash. I didn't receive any miles for the cash part of the purchase. Is this how it is supposed to work or an error? Any insight is appreciated. Thanks, Brett
  14. Great Campaign BD as always! Looking forward to seeing what your next creation will be! Keep up the great work.
  15. Hi Sabre! Just wanted to give some feedback. Performance went from single digits in VR to 45+ ….great job and thanks for looking into the request!
  16. It has been very rewarding learning how to refuel the F-14. So far I have been using the bomb wing sweep with full flaps approach. Looking forward to trying some of the other approaches. Once I am connected, I can typically keep it where it needs to be for the whole process. Been doing it in VR. Thanks for all the tips posted
  17. I own and have played through all of your campaigns with the exception of the F18 BFM. I have found them all exceptionally well done. The only caveat I have has to do with the paddock at Nellis for the BFM/ACM campaigns. As a VR user with a decent system (9900K @ 5 GHz with a 2080ti) the performance at Nellis is horrible in these campaigns. By horrible I am talking about single digit frame rates (most recently with the F18 BFM). In contrast I get 45 fps in the core part of the missions (and other missions for that matter in all of the other terrains). Even the f18 ready on the ramp quick start mission at nellis is better (45 fps) In doing a little testing the biggest culprit appears to be the high density of static aircraft in the aggressor paddock with the ones having the most impact "seeming" to be the ones that are the same type of fighter that the player is flying. I get why they are there...ie add atmosphere and increase immersion. There is nothing immersive about 7 fps :) Would it be possible to have an option (via F10) that "thins out" the number of static aircraft at Nellis for these campaigns, in particular the ones that are the same plane as the players plane. I know other campaign developers have taken similar steps. ie. One of the WW2 campaign developers has done something along these lines that thins out the density of B-17 bomber groups for some of their missions at the players request. Thank you for your time and consideration of this request Thanks, Brett
  18. There goes my guess, though the high VRAM usage may have something to do with it
  19. What I could discern from your HMD output you are using a good bit of your VRAM (7 out of 8 GB) and regular RAM for that matter. What Pixel Density (and possibly supersampling) are you using along with antialiasing?
  20. I think the point to consider is that a discount is offered for pre-purchase with the knowledge that it will be in early release once released. Opting for the pre-purchase means you accept some risk that it is not what you want it to be with the benefit of getting it at a discount. What you can base the value of that risk on is your experience and satisfaction track record with DCS products. If the risk is a concern there is always the option to wait for it to be released and get it at a future time when it is no longer "new" and will likely be on sale for one of their numerous sales in the future. I have used both approaches in the past and have received good products at good prices
  21. Title says it! BZ Ranger! Although not needed in my run thru, I commend you on your continued support as well
