Seems the patch did not increase the Performance! Removing the Units is a step in the wrong direction I think. Before 2.5.6 everything worked smooth with this Units, and now the whole game is a stutterfest in VR. Let ED iron it out, they also messed it up. 2.5.6 is the worst they did regarding game Performance. Hope they iron it out and don't let it go stable too soon! If this go stable, a lot of People will be out I guess.

Second Mission Task Force Challenger only in the 20's again. There is something really bugged with the VR Performance. Much better framerates in the stable Version!

Bei den 2D usern liest du nichts von Performance Einbußen; Performance Bug dürfte hauptsächlich VR user treffen und da nicht alle. Bugs sind trotzdem genug andere drinnen!

Die OB 2.5.6 hat massive Probleme mit der Performance! Fliegst du in VR? Die meisten User mit VR haben massive FPS Einbußen. Da hats was gröberes im Update. Ich kann zum Beispiel mein Oculus HUD nicht mehr einblenden lassen seit dem Update. In der Stable geht es völlig problemlos. Die FPS sind teilweise in den niedrigen 20igern. Unspielbar!

The whole thing is a real stutterfest………….first I thought it had to do something with the Stennis, but after a little trial and error I realized, that the FPS are also in simple quick missions in the low 20's. I think they should roll the thing back an redo it before releasing it again. That's the worst OB update I have seen so far

I think you are right. I also think it is always on. In some missions there is absolutely n9 difference between off and on.

If I take off and circle arraound the Stennis the FPS always get very low, if the Stennis gets in sight. So there must be a problem with the Stennis since the update

Hi Guys! Who else is experiencing massive FPS loose in VR with the new OB 2.5.6? Especially on the stennis it is now unplayable. Get FPS in the mid 20's. Before the update everthing was smooth. What is also intresting, that i can't see the Oculus Layer Info with Version 2.5.6. That's where you can check if the pixeldensity was set correct. Usually the menu is projected in the Headset in front of the ingame graphics :helpsmilie:
