Did you calibrate the throttle? Is it the orion2 with F16 throttle handle? THROTTLE HANDLE OF F-16 H.O.T.A.S-User MANUAL EN V 2.0.pdf (wwsimstore.com) If I remember right I first had to calibrate the full axis from idle to full afterburner and in the next step from idle to the afterburner detent. The winwing manual is a little bit misleading. Also I had to do minimal finetuning in DCS Axis setup until it was perfectly aligned. After that the afterburner kicked in where it should. Die WarBRD Base ist das beste Stück Hardware, das ich je benutzt habe. Könnte nie mehr auf eine Warthog Base zurück (obwohl 3 Jahre genutzt) - der Präzisionsunterschied ist gewaltig! Luftbetankung mit dem WarBRD ist ein Genuss - kein Vergleich mit dem Warthog Hab mittlerweile 2 WarBRD Bases; 1 für die F-18 mit den heavy springs und 1 für die F-16 da nutze ich aber die extra heavy springs (musst du zusätzlich ordern) Keine Latenz oder Präzisionsprobleme Virpil kann ich nur empfehlen

I tend to say the same. If you compare SVR and Open XR at the same render soloution I can't tell you if there is a big difference. Tested SVR with DCS stable and Open XR with the open Beta on the same settings. Renderresolution for both was 75%, both had nearly the same shimmering. Maybe Open XR gives you some FPS plus, but at all, I don't know, for me it's not the reinvetion of the wheel. You gain some pros, but also get some cons. 100% Rendersolution looks great, but for that I have to wait until RTX4000 or Radeon 7000 and multicore support.

I am not 100% with you guys that shimmering is gone and sharpness is better! First yes I thought WOW sharp as crystal and no shimmer but low FPS. After a few tests I could figure out why the picture was crisp as glass with no shimmering: I used 100% resolution for my G2 in OpenXR, but that's not the correct value for the G2! I have to set it to 50% to get the native resolution. With that the FPS went up, but shimmering came back. Look at my pictures. with 100% I am pushing a resolution of 3164x3088 which is way higher than the G2's native resolution. So no wonder why it looks crisp as glass!

Vielleicht ist die magnetische Sechskantmutter in der Base locker, von der der Sensor die Position bezieht. Aber frag doch mal im Virpil Forum und gib Bescheid wenn du weißt warum er die Kalibrierung verliert.

Bought a Virpil WarBRD Base last week. Before I used the Thrustmaster Warthog base and I have to admit, that the difference is night and day! I use the WarBRD with my Thrustmaster F-18 and F-16 stick with the Aviasim soft center and the heavy springs with no extension center mounted on a wheelstand pro. The WarBRD is super smooth, precise and build in superior quality (steel, aluminum, ball bearings....). Can't imagine going back to the Thrustmaster base. The Virpil base is a no brainer. Would buy it again.

Gehört nicht in den Installationspfad, sondern in den saved games Pfad! Funktioniert bei mir einwandfrei. Im Anhang ist nur ein Sicherungspfad meiner Dateien, weil ich gerade am anderen PC bin. Auf jeden Fall so, wie der Fett geschriebene Pfad anlegen und dann für jedes Modul einen Unterordner anlegen VORSICHT auf die richtige Schreibweise des Unterordners! C:\Users\"yourname"\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Kneeboard\FA-18C_hornet

Try DDU Display Driver Uninstaller. Sometimes it helps with messed up driver files

This: Valve Index missing / dropped Frames | NVIDIA GeForce Forums Not fixed since last year! There a a lot of people with stutter problems because of the driver! On my 2080ti I use a very old driver (446.14) and have zero problems, but it is not an option for your 3090

Not complaining........only telling the team that the framerate is poor at the moment with relative good hardware and needs optimization. If nobody gives a hint, nothing will improve

FPS for me are poor too. Drops to 28-30 FPS in VR So my GPU (2080ti) is not the newest and best but still no lame duck!
