I have taken the chance and bought a Tobii 5 eye tracker to replace my TrackIR, I am having trouble fine tuning this thing and I need to be able to tab back to the Tobii setup from DCS so I can make the adjustments I need but I have no idea how to do that. I have seen several videos of people going back and forth from the game to the desktop or another screen but how do you do that. I thought alt-tab would work but no joy. Help please.

Has anyone else been to the RealSimulator website and seen the F-35 stick and throttle they are in the process of making? Looks really good to me. I was about to spend some money fixing up my cougar throttle, but I think I will wait to see how this plays out and jump on a new one instead.

Is there any source for parts for the Cougar Throttle still available? I had seen some individuals had offered various items, but I can't find squat now. Looking for a replacement microswitch, if anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

An interface adapter was used with the AGM-84 and the Harpoon specific weapons control algorithms had to be supplied to the SMS.

Turned 67 on Veterans Day

Just started flying the A-10 and have encountered a couple of things that I need help with please. First, sometimes the Rt Alt+Home Rt Ctrl+Home won't move the throttles out of cutoff. Second,with visible weapons hanging on the jet and the load all osb pushed and asterisk showing, the DSMS shows nothing loaded. And third, sometimes the EAC switch won't lock on. I think I am doing the alignment the same way every time but it won't always work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the help. Razor, I have a Warthog stick so I used the CMS(in F-16) switch which is 4 way and has the push button feature too to act as the sensor control depress. Fwd, aft, left, and right all work on the control assignment screen. I will put the radar on the AMPCD and see if I can get that to work. Thanks again for the help and suggestions.

With the release of the Super Carriers, it was time to take on the task of learning enough about the F-18 to make the purchase worth while. My problem is I can't get the AMPCD to be SOI. I have a switch programmed for sensor control and I can get the diamond in the upper right hand corner on both DDI's and the hud but no AMPCD, what am I doing wrong? Thank you for any help.

Is there a downloadable or printable instruction manual as to how to use the Mission Editor? I am looking for something that starts at step one and explains how to use all the various functions available. I have watched many training videos and have come away with some basics, but most of the people doing the videos move so fast from step to step and the mouse cursor is all over the screen that this old man just can't keep up. So something I can read as many times as needed to, make sense to me. I am very grateful to all of you that have this talent and are willing to share it, but obviously I don't. Any help would be greatly apricated.

I'm claiming the old age thing again. I had no idea the axes were in that drop down menu. Deano87, you pulled me out again, worked just as you wrote and I am pleased to say all is well. Thank you very much for the help.

I'm going to blame old age, its my story and I'm sticking to it. But I had completely forgot that there is Thrustmaster software with a calibration page. Duh! With this discovery, the manual range and antenna elevation work as advertised both in calibration and in the control panel in the game. The bad news is the radar cursor works in the Thrustmaster calibration page, neither axes shows up in the game. Open for any suggestions.

Gregkar, I too am having problems with the axes commands on my cougar throttle. I posted on the "controllers and input bugs" page the problems I am experiencing. I took the advice from Deano87 and cleared all axes commands from not only the Viper but all acft that I have and this still did not help. My problem is antenna elevation, manual range, and radar cursor. The frustrating part is that they were all working fine at the end of February first of March. Don't know what happened but I hope a fix is coming soon.

Thanks for the reply Sierra. I have cleared and retried in axes command several times with not only the antenna elevation but the manual range knob and the cursor control with no results. I have checked the calibration in the TUSBA software 3 times and all is working well so I know I don't have a faulty switch problem. As I wrote in the previous post, all was working well the first of March, I was away from my computer till the 13th, when I booted up the game for the first time, that's when I discovered the problem. Nothing had been touched.

Would like to add that my radar cursor is also not functioning properly. I am using a TUSBA so first thing, check the calibration in the TUSBA software and all works well, but the y axes won't show up in the controls settings and the x shows loaded but won't function in the game. Any help or advice or other information would be greatly apricated. To add, all were working just fine a short while ago.

I am having the same problem too but my manual range/uncage does the same thing. ant ele comes up as joy RX and man rng as joyZ both jump from left to right with no ability to slew.

Just watched Wags new video, changed it back. My mistake.

I just mapped my cougar enable switch to osb 19 and I can select bore or slave as I desire. So far I have not needed osb 19 for anything else so this works fine.

TUSBA help I bought the Real Simulator TUSBA and all works well except my cursor drifts all over the MFD screen and worse with TGP. The microstick works well other than that and I have recalibrated in the RS calibration tool a couple of times with no joy. Anyone with an idea to stop the drift would be greatly appreciated.

What a revelation Pimp, I had no idea there was such a thing as a TUSBA. So much for being old. I would very much like to buy one of these but my question is will the micro-switch (cursor control) work with the DCS setup or do you still need foxy to map that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
