Are you running the exe with administrator rights? Maybe you should ask the author on the original thread, he is a nice guy and I am sure he will be able to help you.

Don't get me wrong, IMO the p47 flight model is the best of every prop aircraft ever created. However, Im no pilot so videos is the only way I have to see if it's close to reality or not. If you see the video you can see how good the FM is.

I think the flight model is really good, however I am not a pilot. Just wanted to see if there was some kind of instability while the guy was flying. If we can't judge FM using youtube videos, why Yo-Yo was using the video below to prove that DCS flight model is best around? Check it yourself:

Thanks for the information. I love ww2 birds and learning everything about prop aircrafts. If possible, please share more (don't need to be a fully written post, I know it takes time) so a good youtube channel or manuals are much appreciated.

If possible, please record a video and upload to youtube, it would be easier to help you this way. Also, please press "right control + enter" to check your joystick input (might be good to check your joystick axis calibration). In fact it's not easy to fly like the P-51, however, the bird is not unstable that much. I found that "dancing" a bit with the rudder for like a second when it starts to become unstable helps a lot for me.

Hey Khopa, When you can please add the new P47 (being released today), if possible also add the new Channel map. One last note, I can't fly the FW190A8 (not able to add clients slots). Sorry to bother you with so many ww2 requests. It's just that besides we have some pretty good historical campaigns, we lack dynamic campaings like yours. Some ww2 birds even lack usermade single missions and campaigns. Thanks in advance and we really appreciate your work.

This is called accessibility and it should be in game, being it simulator or not. If you want DCS to grow and have more sales (more sales = more planes, more maps, more quality) you should support every kind of accessibility. Do not be a selfish and support those who need it, if people wants to play arcade flight mode, easy AAR, unlimited weapons, it's up to their own choices. Again, I will ever support this kind of feature, I want everybody to be happy playing what they paid for their way. You guys who need it have my vote!

You will go nuts sometimes, just do not give up. It's very rewarding when you can finally land a bf109 or a spitfire with precision. Also, i can say that a good rudder pedal makes a hell lot of difference. Keeping the ball centered with a twist joystick is not the easiest task (for me at least).

https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/131182-create-soft-hard-symbolic-links-windows.html You have to use Hard Symbolic Links (soft will not work afaik) I use it and works just fine. It's created on OS level, so the updater will not care about it.
