I was aware of the brakes axis calibration issue with windows's tool but I honestly don't care much: I'd rather have pitch & roll axis calibrated for now. Also, I play rotary-wings only so brakes.. who doesn't even need brakes when you can hover? (joking of course) :P I tried a few times pushing increasingly harder and finally I got the second click. It's so much harder compared to the other buttons that initially I simply thought there was some other issue. Mea culpa :)

My T-50 has finally arrived yesterday! Ordered on Oct 4th from Amazon EU, arrived yesterday despite *may* issues with the courier. Everything is quite impressive: desk mounts are sturdy and heavy, the first feeling with the T-50 hasn't been the best, I found it too hard for my tastes. I quickly took it apart, change the default springs with the blue ones and now it's amazing. I did some quick flights on DCS, Il2 and Star Citizen and the precision is incredible compared to the normal, not desk-mounted sticks. Only two issues at the moment: calibration was a bit off, I used windows' tool to reset it but (as many have already said) it messes up the breaks. Not a big deal, I can wait for the official software to come out and fix it. Second issue: the trigger is registered as a single button. I hear just one click despite pressing it completely. Am I missing something? More impressions later on, I'm still struggling to fix the MFDs on the throttle's sides in order to place the CH MFP right in front of the stick :)

Van, il nostro TS dovresti giá averlo, btw. Peró occorre organizzarsi prima, difficile che entri e trovi gente su DCS. Sapendolo prima posso anche cercare di svegliare qualche vecio. Eccolo, mancava giusto lui, il polentone all'amatriciana :D

Van, la tua grammatica é peggiorata nell'ultima dozzina d'anni. Sapessilo.

Clip a mani basse. L'ho sulle cuffie da non so quanti anni e non ne ho mai sento la presenza in termini di peso. Nemmeno il filo é un problema, basta fissarlo a quello delle cuffie. L'unica accortezza é acquistare delle cuffie che abbiano "braccia" relativamente sottili. Non ho mai speso piú di 15€ in cuffie, comunque, e non ho mai avuto problemi a trovare soluzioni su cui fissare il clip. L'unico eventuale contro del clip, forse, é l'eventuale uso di cuffie wireless, cosa che comunque non ha senso perché non ti puoi muovere liberamente usando il TIR, altrimenti la vista va a quel paese.

Non ho sotto mano il manuale, ma il per radar intendi l'HDD?

Non ho giocato a questa ma solo alle altre. L'AI purtroppo si diverte spesso a fare tira-e-molla con airbrakes e afterburner, senza vie di mezzo. Ergo é terribilmente inefficiente, ma questa é una costante sin dai tempi di LOMAC.

Piú che altro l'unico FF, punto. Devo ancora trovare un possessore veramente soddisfatto di quello stick. Purtroppo appena cerchi di farci qualcosa di piú del minimo sindacale questo coso non serve piú a nulla e si ricade sempre su CH o Thrustmaster, tanto per cambiare.

Vero, ma il suo impiego operativo é ancora troppo limitato in DCS: potessimo interpretare o utilizzare efficacemente la fanteria con CA sarebbe un altro paio di maniche. Cosí temo abbia ancor piú marginale di quello che attende l'AH-1G. Quantomeno al buon vecchio cariolone russo puoi assegnare diversi task.. Ció detto, a meno di non creare scenari a tema, come tu hai giá fatto notare. @Duke: beppe sai quanto é complicato aggiungere una feature cosí pesante se non é stata pensata in fase di design? Evidentemente hanno bisogno di riprendere il tutto a un livello molto basso, cosa che sarebbe troppo dispendioso fare se giá non fosse necessario dovendo sviluppare EDGE.

Non sarebbe male, in effetti, anche se più che vedere dovresti provare il FM per capire quanto sia curato.

Io ho fatto l'upgrade dalla 1.2.6 e non ho avuto alcun problema. Credo che si possa aggiornare anche la 1.2.7b.
