I was messing around and got the Su-33 to max speed, then went max G for about a minute.........never recovered. I think my pilot died :) i went to externals after about 3 minutes of solid black screen, and my plane was basically level. I also had no control over the jet after that Can devs confirm that this is a feature. Max G overload to death?

Thought it took longer, still sucks to have to wait, but I have a feeling thats how they fixed the scewed up views in the editor.

no Kousta, its a mission I made. I felt like making a long one. Mission is to escort 6 bombers on a 2000km round trip stike mission. Target is a group of Freighters (headed NE from Bulgaria ;) Tanker travels with the group for the entire flight and your task is escort only. (you never see the targets, but the bombers launch alot of ASM's) Flight takes 2.5hrs to complete. I was thinking of making a little briefing video and posting it for people to fly, but it is not classified and finalized yet. Still been testing the flights to make sure the timing is right. (comp is working overtime running high settings at x40speed to check it :P)

nice shots dude! It's fun to stack the deck like that, unfortunately to render that through the editor in v1.1 you would have to wait in real time during the audio write :( How long does it take to fill up the carrier? A couple hours right? Great shots though ;)

what do you mean, get to the editor? It is basically the same as v1.02. Record track, edit track, render track. Yes it was vegas5, there is a v6 out, but I havent tried it yet.

No, they still wait till they're right over the peak and then pitch up and then back down wildly. Makes it a pain trying to fly tight formations with them :(. Also didn't fix the uncanny breaking ability during attack egress and landing approach either.

maybe the devs could create an official sticky or something to answer these questions or create a official bug forum, if there is one in Russian I cant read it :P

If anyone has answer's please post ;) 1. How do you set a default HUD color? 2. How do you change the head movement peramters? (not snap views) 3. How do change the max/min cockpit zoom? (i tried it in the cockpit .cfg to 3 and 135, but not noticing a difference?) 4. Can someone explain the logic of the camera shake and float? (ie, specific settings) 5. How do you increase cockpit zoom speed? 6. Is it correct that russian planes no longer display name of free fall ordinance? 7. After reading about the TWS in the Russian fighters, I am confused as to when/how to use this? My initial thought is that it looks the same as SCAN Mode, with the difference being the auto lock at 85% range if cursor is placed over radar dot. What else am i missing? Once the auto lock is engaged w/ R-27R/ER SAR missile it goes to SST Mode and alerts enemy RWR correct? Does enemy RWR detect TWS Mode with SAR missile selected? Thanks to anyone who can answer :)
