  2. No, it says April... Try to log in and see for your self :)
  3. 1st of April is not a good release date you know ;)
  4. Yup, online gaming gives you a totally new experience to the game :)
  5. hard to win... if you got no air cover
  6. Nope, not in Lock-On..
  7. Are you sure the Belgium F-16A is equipt with the parachute in the tailcone? I thought that they used ECM equipment instead, but the Danish F-16s used a parachute... correct me if I'm wrong, please
  8. That is great news! :) So, will the download version be released at the same time as it hit the shelves in CIS and Russia?
  9. relax bud :) It will be here some day, maybe tomorrow, maybe in a couple of weeks, anyway it will be here in a close future :)
  10. :D :D :D :D :D :P
  11. yeah, complicated. But the reason Falcon gold and Falcon 5 was scrapped was not entirely G2i's fault... In the end it was Atari's decision (though I do not have all info yet :) )
  12. Hi. I don't think there ever was any talk about using the F4 engine as a code base for Fighter Ops. I think they did a smart choice when they made a special agreement with Austin... but then again, the only thing left from X-plane is the terrain, wich is highly tweaked already in certain areas (Southern Calif, Las Vegas, San Fransisco, Middle-East etc.). The rest is builded from scratch (afaik). I encourage you all to support them. Every flight sim needs all the support they can get now a days :) I am impressed by the models they show us on the new web, at the same time I can't wait to get my hands on Flaming Cliffs :D.
  13. Just a heads up to those of you who doubt thet Fighter Ops is in development. Check it out. http://www.fighterops.com :D
  14. There has been some legal issues, wich has been solved. G2i and fighterops team (secret company name) are now two different projects companies, no one scrapped the project, it was just halted by a few months. Go over to the forums, do a search and ask some questions. you will get your answears :D They will be using no publisher, just like ED. :)
  15. hehe. looks like proxy fuses aren't modeled (the missile going through the chopper in "choppers in action") :) Looking forward to this one :)
  16. let me take a second to laugh! It is alive and well. Like Dmut said their new website will be up any time soon. I know of a bunch of great people working on this project right now, so it is far from stopped... dunno where you got that idea... Back on topic, I think flight sim's has a bright future, starting with FC! :D
  17. I think 35 $ are a fair price. I would prefer Visa+download, connection won't be a problem to me.
  18. I think he means new AI controlled aircrafts. Is the flightmodel of a Strike Eagle so much different than a Eagle that it would require a huge amount of time to model it? If not then there shouldn't be anything stopping ED to throw it in. I would love it :D
  19. ED does not own the rights to distribute in US or in Europe... bahs Ubi soft 8) hehe. in the end ED aren't allowed to sell a game with the name of Lock-On in western market... Ubi owns them in that area in Lock On's case..
  20. That was a great story! :D Well done :)
  21. 1) Oil.... the perimiters of the northern sea is not yet decided and Russia makes a sudden agressive move to take over a vast area of the sea :) 2) We have some pretty long and narrow fjords up there :P My 2 cents anyway :)
  22. Noticed a new texture template for the MiG-29 in the download sections. Will this one work whith FC? Will textures and skins from 1.02 also work in 1.1?
  23. Do you really have time to get scared? I think the adrenalin rushing through your body ceases all pain and/or scareness (?) ..not my first language, lol :) I don't know though...
  24. No problem there Olgerd :D Looking forward to FC anyway :D
  25. And this is implemented in FC?
