When I take screenshots using Print Screen they are sized down to a lower resolution (I'm running at 1600 x 1200.) and they look like crap. I'm guessing I'm doing this wrong? :p

Having some realistic voices for chatter and certain comments / responses / messages would be brilliant.

The only good parts during both movies were her bending over underneath the car hood, sitting proactively on a motorcycle, and the USAF kicking the crap out of the giant robots at the end of the second movie.

That was pretty cool but I thought the main thing about emergency landing is to do so as far away from the enemy as possible. Those REDFOR guys were probably laughing while they hurried to where you conveniently parked in the middle of the road :P

DCS: C-130. I've been saying it for years and you know it's going to happen. Who wants to fly around in pointy-nose b**** rockets when you have a that big mother? Talk about multi-role...you can drop off supplies, pick up supplies, jam radar, steal radio signals, hack into that webcam of the enemy general getting naughty, steal bandwidth, throw expensive and very heavy multi-million dollar military hardware out the back without any regard of safety or survival, unofficially land on a carrier, deploy a crap load of chaff & flares for a light-show, annihilate half the country-side with the amount of weapons that you can carry, CSAR / SAR and refueling. Oh and you can strap a rocket to the bottom of that and literally blast off at high speeds.

Yeah were still in the process of getting everything set up. It's way too early to go all-in but were working towards getting the basics set up. But once we do trust me. Were going to have a crap load of material and training available. Our non-official IP's are hard at work drinking, crashing and reading the manual :D.

Just stay high enough to get out of it's range and use the LITENING to take out the launchers. But if you don't have enough PGM's you can try a very low approach, use terrain masking and low altitude, and pop up quickly for a Mav attack. But that all depends on how good you are with the Maverick (Without ground stab that is...). Once the launchers are out of the way clean the rest up. I haven't tried attacking any of AAA / SAMs though so this is just going on basic tactics.

I have a friend in Iran who...sells things. Now he knows a guy that did this one guy's wife who knows this Iranian Air Force pilot who got drunk with a guy who flew the Tomcat during the war. Now let's just say he misplaces his keys to the Tomcat, they fall into my hand and ED happens to find it in their front parking lot a few days later...

Knowing that Kim Dong il, Acmadhahadinejadidad and Putin (You can't not have Russia in the mix whether they actually want to do something or not.) are all on the horizon these budget cuts look great. I can understand scrapping older aircraft that are more expensive but not having a replacement set is just stupid. Now if they start cutting the Apache program you guys will be in worse shape. With so many gaps to fill it will probably take more money just to fill them.

20 years? Good for you but that doesn't make you the definitive end all, The Tomcat wasn't a flop. It was a huge leap up from the F-4 but obviously the USN doesn't know as much you. As for the movie as long as they show somewhat realistic flight scenes I'll enjoy it.
